I contacted zona after my we came back from a vacation to our fridge leaking, they were on top of the mitigation and Glenn was amazing with the repairs that followed. My project coordinator, Shane was amazing he went out of his way to take care of all the back end details and kept the ball rolling! Insurance can be such a delay but knowing I was in good hands with Zona made it stress free! Would recommend all day and night, such a good team!

The company may do good work but they do not know how to plan your repair, they cannot multitask. They knew in June that they needed wall paper repair and in September they looked for someone. One person took the old paper off and a week later someone else put wallpaper up. It looked good but my job should have only taken a month. I had to rag at them. Communication was an issue as they failed to contact the insurance company when they needed more money. I fired them. Don't sign the contract saying they are going to bill you $95 for lost labor time if you let them go.

Be careful! The more money you pay them upfront, the longer your project will be delayed. My home looks worse than it did before the disaster. The materials they used was low quality. I paid yhem more than $30,000 for a horrible job. It was a huge mistake to pay them upfront.

My own experience, although brief and with minimal repair work required, was excellent. Communication, coordination and follow ups were great. No one dropped the ball as I so have come to expect living here in AZ now for nearly 30 years. The work required was very minor drywall repairs so I don’t feel my opinion (although very good) would be an appropriate assessment of a typical project. I can attest the the individual (Hasso) who arrived on site was an amazing person in all respects. Hope you have a similar experience, but as always, your mileage might vary.

If possible, I would give negative reviews. I do not even know where to begin. I will say they do an amazing sales pitch to gain you money. But that’s where their customer service stops. I had a water line break in my condo. So we meet they seemed good. I decided to go with them. I got a rough estimate on the schedule to start and complete. They gave me a start date. Meet with the so called Project manager and sub contractors. I don’t have enough time to describe every problem I have with them be because nothing went correct. Everyone of the blame someone else. Even called the owner, which was no help.
They never showed up and scheduled day to work. I would ask for a weekly schedule. I would get it then I would show up the end of the day, and nothing was done that day. This went on for three -four months. Instead of the project manager showing up and showing the sub contactor what was needed to be done. I was expected to show up and show them what was needed.
The worst part is they try to screw you over the cost and price of material. Your paying skilled contractor prices for labor type of quality. They workmanship is beyond horrible. I payed extra to have tile put it. Every single piece of tile is unlevel and spaced incorrectly. The cant seem to measure to save there life. At the edge near the baseboard or tile it is half inch to close to one inch filled with grout. The sub floor they replaced is also uneven and can feel and see were they replaced the carpet. The cabinet the replaced are uneven the doors don’t line up, they were all lose. The water line was with hot on the wrong side of the facet. The bathroom facet had silicone all or the place when they were done.
I can go and on. They can and probably deny everything.
But if you reading this run and find a better company.

We had an upstairs shower leak down thru the ceiling below, which turned out to be a nasty, destructive and moldy mess. I called my buddy Jason Butler at Zona, he had his crew out the same day. During and after the demo, they had their equipment running 24/7 throughout the drying out, cleansing and full mitigation process. Someone from Zona was out to inspect the progress almost every day. Each employee who came out was on time, extremely professional, polite and kept us informed every step of the way. Working with the entire team was a 100% positive experience and I would recommend Zona Restoration to anyone who finds themselves in need of their services. Thank you Zona!

When a pipe broke inside my wall I wasn't sure what to do. I called my realtor who recommended Zona restoration for the water damage cleanup. They were very knowledgeable and walk me through the entire process with my insurance company. I can't believe how much work goes into a water damage job like this and I'm so thankful I had a professional company like Zona there to help me with it. After all of the water removal had been taking care of and everything was dry they then helped build my house back to the way it was. No joke, I can't even tell anything ever happen there. I would happily recommend them to friends or family that may experience the same situation.

The guys at Zona Restoration helped me out when my hot water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. They walked me through shutting the water off and arrived the next day with a brand new water heater and installed it for me! I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs disaster relief!

Zona was on-site almost immediately even on a holiday. They left a de-humidifier and came back to take moisture measurements. I'm relieved at how thorough they remedied our water damage.

My wife finally got the best of me and had me call around for a mold test in my home. Turns out there was a roof leak that slowly grew some mold in between 2 rooms. Zona showed up, explained everything and had the tests back in a few days. They quarantined the area, removed everything exposed to the mold and sealed it all in. They even found better molding and baseboard when they were done. Good as new. I'm happy.

I had a flood that started from my water heater in my garage. It damaged my baseboards and drywall and within an hour Zona Restoration had their crew on site to help dry out everything that got wet. They were always on time and thoroughly explained the entire process. After everything was dried out they quickly put everything back together and I cant even tell the water damage happened in the first place. Thanks again ZONA! You guys are the best!

It's not every day that you come home from work to find standing water from a flood in your living room. I found Zona Restoration from doing a google search for water damage Tempe and they were one of the first companies to show up. I'm sure glad they did, because their work was fantastic! They had fans and dehumidifiers to dry out all of the wet areas. The employees were very kind and always kept a clean work environment. My wife is a HUGE clean freak, so we were both very impressed with how well they kept my home. I sure hope i don't have any water damage or mold in the future but Zona will definitely be who i use if anything like this every happens again. Thanks for cleaning up the water damage Zona!!!

Coming home to a flooded house from a broken pipe is not very fun. I called Zona from a Google search and I am glad I did. They helped greatly to get my house dry and repaired to as it was before. All their employees were friendly and professional, and my insurance had no issues with their service or pricing.
