After week 3 of trying to contact someone for business purposes we have yet again hit a dead end. Your phone line rings out, we were assigned to Chris Watson who has disappeared off the face of the earth. We have suppliers involved and yet nothing! Absolute joke of a company! If we are told one more time you are changing systems after 6 months….. all we need is a human from your company to answer an email… which we have sent 8+ an called every single day for 2 weeks!

Extremely poor service – no internet for over 4 weeks
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Zone Broadband.
My broadband has not been working for over four weeks, and despite sending multiple emails and attempting to contact their support team several times, I have received no response and no resolution. The lack of communication from this company has been incredibly frustrating.
I work from home, and the ongoing failure of my internet service has had a serious impact on my ability to do my job. Because of this situation, I have been forced to spend additional money on mobile data just to try and continue working.
To make matters worse, a replacement router was recently sent to me, but it also does not work. The network still does not appear and I remain without any functioning broadband service.
After more than four weeks without the service I am paying for, and no meaningful support from the company, this situation is completely unacceptable.
I have now formally requested that this issue be resolved immediately and that I be compensated for the costs I have incurred due to the lack of service.
At this stage I cannot recommend this provider to anyone based on my experience.

Impossible to speak to customer service

Unreliable Company
I have had no Internet with my provider Zone Broadband since Thursday 5th February. I have emailed without response a few times, and have been unable to speak with anyone multiple attempts . This company has become unreliable and not recommended.

One of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of having to try to contact. They don’t reply to emails, don’t charge correctly. Was sent the wrong WiFi package which was meant to only be temporary but a year in and still not been rectified. It’s a nightmare trying to call them as no matter when you try, all agents are always busy and there’s random service outages, which again trying to contact them for information related to service outages is a waste of time. If you’re looking for broadband use literally anyone else.

I would give zero stars if I could. We moved into a building where Zone Broadband is the only internet provider. Before moving in, we phoned them and, after multiple attempts, finally got through to an advisor who took payment and confirmed our router would be sent out. It’s now been a month and we still haven’t received anything, despite sending numerous emails and calling every day trying to reach someone. I work from home and have had to go to a café daily just to do my job. Absolutely awful company.
Horrible company ALL around
Horrible company ALL around. First of all, do NOT reply to this as this is ABSOLUTELY not the customer support team’s fault. This stupid company monopolised the broadband in my building by having ALL of the other hyper optic cables ripped out from other services, and offer HORRIBLE speeds charging similar prices to services 5 TIMES faster than them. Ridiculous. Then on top of that their payment service revolves around calling their service team, which REQUIRES OVER TWO DAYS OF CALLING AND VOICEMAILS BEFORE THEY CALL BACK, as opposed to using a payment platform. If you have a choice (ie they do not monopolise the WiFi service in your building) I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this company. Again customer service do not reply, not your fault, nothing will change this dogsh*t company unless they do a major rehaul.

Wonderful technical support!
I had trouble receiving internet service so I called ZoneBroadband hotline, left a message and also wrote an email briefly explaining my situation… was kind of worried after seeing some bad reviews here. About an hour later, Mr. Chris from the technical support team called back. He patiently explained and guided me step by step to sort things out.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, I have moved into a new property where the internet is through zone broadband therefore I can not choose another provider. Before moving into the property I tried contacting for 3 days. Calling and pressing all 4 options, no answer for three days. I then emailed 4 times and only did I get a response when stating I am looking to join. Chris, emailed me back and then rang me, took my money over the phone, didn’t inform me of any information and stated all will be sent in a welcome email. This was not sent. My router arrived and it does not connect. I have now called 28 times, emailed 23 times and not had one response. I am out of pocket, without connection and can not get one person to call or email me back. Absolute shambles of a company!

Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.
The tenants reported a lack of signal in the house we manage. Very limited communication from Zone Broadband and obstacles in organising an engineer visit. After nearly two months, we were informed that the signal had been disconnected due to payment arrears. Despite numerous requests to check the Standing Order and contact us to clarify the situation and settle the arrears, we still have not received any response. The tenants have had no internet signal for over 3 months.
Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

got wonderful service from one of the technicians. who helped me reconnect my router with very easy to understand instruction all the time explaining to me in lay-mans terms, so I fully understood what to do should a similar problem arise. He was very kind, understanding and polite.
