We had a our solar panel before 1 year with Zonnemarkt but what we discussed after year is that the installation was very poorly done due to it we lost lots of solar panel as they had not be properly layed and and was not secured as they had to do more over we dont see them responding to any after service calls.
Really good experience from sales to installation installation was delayed by a few weeks but the entire installation was completed smoothly without any dosruptions

The products this company sales are good. The issue are their sales and after sales process, which lacks structure and checks. We are still in the process to get it all working in the way that was agreed in the sales cycle. Except if you have a lot of time on your hands or want a simple solution I would not recommend them.
Executive summary: Good sales pitch, poor installation services, and support staff trying to confuse as they cannot convince or help. I regret choosing Zonnemarkt and recommending them to my neighbors.
Sales: Good pitch, good offer, good communication. Typical sales.
Installation: Not done by own employees (people show up in rental vans). Unable to complete the technical installation on first day. Did not have all the tools and materials required (so they had to borrow mine). Caused damage to the roof (was eventually fixed after a lot of fuss, then tried to hide that there was ever anything wrong). Does not show up to 4 follow-up appointments and did not communicate about it (I had to be at home for those days). Did not leave behind a neat installation which took in total ~3 weeks to "complete". The neighbors' system seems to still not be working and it appears they received different hardware even though they agreed to the same offer I did, so somewhere someone is being cheated.
Support: Faulty allocation of panels and micro-inverters means monitoring was at first not possible, and later was incorrect. When asking technical questions about possible faulty hardware, they have no idea what they are talking about, and they just try to confuse with different stories and statistics. Arrogant and not keen to help. I hope that this system never breaks down and requires me to call them again.
