Crooks cheating on customers as well as on drivers. If you thinking to be their delivery partner forget ebout it, not worth it, they cheat on you paying differently than they commit to.

I have used this company previously…
I have used this company previously with no problems, tonight however was different. I preordered for a delivery between 5 and 6, my order had still not arrived by 6:05 so I contacted the restaurant as advised on the zoom website. However they said the food had been ready for at least 10 minutes but no driver had arrived, I then contacted zoom who said they had only 2 drivers in my area as the rest has COVID. When I objected to not being notified of the delay they offered me a 20% promo code off my next order! I explained that I would not be ordering again as since they knew how many drivers they had they could have informed both myself and the restaurant of the delay.
My food eventually arrived at 6:30, the restaurant had clearly tried their best to keep it warm but due to the delay it wasn’t as hot as it should have been and the chicken was tough which it has never been before so I imagine they must have had to keep it under a grill. I will not be using them again.

Messed up order and avoiding contact
I've just them a few times and things have been fine but they screwed up my latest order a few days ago and have since been refusing my attempts to contact them to fix the situation. I wouldn't recommend using them.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from…
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the lad called Ben, not once have I ever ordered a takeaway to answer the door to someone so rude and arrogant. If I’m being completely honest I don’t think I’ll be ordering from zoom again as I would not like him delivering my food.
Apart from that, delivery has been amazing and have been at my door within 20 minutes with very polite and smiley faces on the delivery drivers.

Absolutely shambles! Ordered, they took the money out my account and then declined my order meaning they’ve still took my money!!
£30 down!
Phone customer services and they end it on me after speaking to me knowing the situation!!
