The notification that the Insurance was about to run out was too late it should be 48 hours notice, or at least 24 hours notice.

Most of our policies are short-term (1 to 3 days) so we send out a reminder email when they've got a couple of hours left to run.
However, we fully accept that for longer bookings like yours (2 weeks and above) this probably isn't enough notice - we'll see if we can get this changed so that the email arrives a bit earlier.

Great service and price
I needed short-term insurance when I borrowed a friend's car for Christmas. Zoomcover was half the price of quotes from comparison sites. It was instant, quick, and even sorted an admin error out without hassle (I got the reg number wrong!) This will be my first port of call for future needs.

Amazing service!!
Purchased temporary car insurance for the new car. I put the wrong email address in to receive the documents. So I sent an email at 22.30 and expected a reply in the morning due to the time. I had a email back within in minutes and the documents sent to the correct email. Out standing service!!!
