Stellar experience moving with Zoom yesterday! Our stress levels were through the roof with an interstate move, but Junior and Sam were absolute superheroes despite multiple complications getting the lifts working at our destination.

They were polite, positive and friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use Zoom again. Thank you both!

Just absolutely pathetic service. So slow. Working by the hour definitely is an advantage. When taking a phone call, I noticed that I hadn't seen them in a while when they were dropping my stuff off at a storage centre. I went up to check if everything was alright. I came out of the elevator to hear them having a good ol' chat. Although I was still talking, I could hear them shush each other and avoid me while I came to check and they went around the adjacent corridor. So pathetic. Ollie was one guy. Don't know the name of the other bloke.

I deeply regret choosing Zoom Removals for my interstate move from QLD to NSW. We booked their Premium Service for $6,650, trusting their claims as "professionals" who could handle the job with care and expertise. They emphasise their experience and accuracy in assessing volume, which is why we relied on their advice. Despite this, their service was chaotic and unprofessional.

On moving day, the 70m³ truck they sent couldn’t fit all our belongings due to weight restrictions—a factor they failed to consider during their "expert" assessment. This meant we paid an additional $5,200 for a second truck. Even then, important items like our dining table, garden equipment, pet items and a valuable rug were left behind and permanently lost after settlement.

The movers constantly complained about the workload, loudly argued with each other, and mishandled our items. Several arrived damaged, including a shattered marble table, a crushed Dyson vacuum, and a broken sideboard. We had prepared extensively, even disassembling furniture and staging 70% of the items in the garage, but still, the service was far below expectations.

Despite raising these serious issues, Zoom is demanding an extra $1,000 for 10m³ and refuses to address our complaints until it’s paid. This shows a complete lack of accountability.

We trusted Zoom as professionals, but their advice and service were far from professional. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

They argue that my compensation requests are "exorbitant" and insist the loss of key items (including a dining table) was my responsibility, despite my thorough walkthrough with their team. I just want to be made whole again!

They also suggested that I pursue an insurance claim, which is conditional on withdrawing my complaint and public reviews. This is called coercion and it is illegal.

Their handling of this matter, much like the move itself, is poor quality. Their 'senior manager' who states she wants to help and achieve a fair outcome, just does not call back despite the promise.

They got the job done which was great. But please consider insurance when using them! Our fridge is full of bumps, a side table is full of scratches, our washing machine does no longer work. The moving distance was 39 mins drive. They got to ours at 9:30 (they were meant to come between 7-9am) and finished at 5:30pm. And at the end of the day they asked us to tip them which I’ve never come across before. Compared to our last move (back from overseas) this company was a lot slower and not as careful. I would not use them again, whoever they got the job done in one day which was good.

Lorance and Steve were amazing, efficient and resourceful. Finding a way to get a king bed up a building from the outside without ladders was impressive. Polite and friendly, would use again.

Alex and Lawrence were great! They were quick, nice and very helpful! I would request them again if I move in the future.
