Though I really do not know, who said that everything is fair in love and war, but I do believe that the old saying holds equally true for business as well. Since the very beginning of the previous month, I kept getting a deluge of negative reviews for the laundry business I run in Sydney. As it was evident that one jealous market competitor was doing this purposefully, I decided to engage a digital marketing company that specializes in online reputation management. Now that everything is under control, I thank these people from my heart of hearts, as they have really left no stones unturned to revive my goodwill and restore my brand equity.

Utterly woeful, incompetent company. They are only interested in your money! I can’t believe any of the positive reviews. I have had a terrible experience with Zoom Web Media.

Interestingly, Zoom Web Media do not recognise me as a customer by my first name. Although their emails they sent addressed me by my first name. Another example of shady activity by this company! I used Zoom Web Media for my photography business, Prizma Photography, but give them all my contact details, including my first and surname.

The customer service is very poor, I had to keep emailing to ask them to do things, which they didn’t. Their customer service skills are bad, they don’t listen or act upon your requests. I asked them several times not to call me due to work commitments and to email me instead, but they kept calling. English is not the first language for the customer service team of this company, so when I received written emails they were difficult to understand. Very disappointed in the level of customer service I received!

They failed in keeping their promises. They admitted they were not performing and promised to improve. I asked to be refunded, but was promised...again, that I would be guaranteed improvements to the service they were providing.

When I have finally vented my absolute frustration in their lack of service, communication and professionalism and demanded a full refund...I have heard nothing from Zoom Web Media.

Don’t trust this incompetent company! They don’t deliver what they promise. You have been warned!

I've spent the last 14 months working with Zoom. In the very beginning it started well even though I had some 'reservations'. Very quickly every call I received from them there was another 'add-on' and additional cost to be made. When it got to the point of saying enough was spent, the website would go offline and the only way to get it back would be for another subscription or fee! This happened several times so a few months ago I decided to cut my losses. I can't even get my domain name off them without paying some ridiculous fee!
There are so many 'flags' to warn you but I chose to stupidly play along. They retained my credit card details and took unauthorised payments.... the phone numbers listed on their website will get you some other random business (who will ironically tell you you're being scammed!). Amongst all the other dramas I came across my website template online which you can buy for $100! Last count I spent vicinity of $5k to them - I'm the fool and only blame myself -- moving forward I will not deal with any company - certainly IT - unless I can meet them face to face and they have an office where I live. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!!!
