While I had problems with the site, I followed the instructions to correct the problem. All seems to be fine now.

Horrible site. They don't care about your filters, they push on you face accounts, scammers, bots. Zoosk is a fraud.

I terminated my subscription before the renewal date and a charge for renewal was processed on my credit card. I was never fully reimbursed and was informed, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund. That was my experience.

Membership is basic, except to pay more for extra visibility & y horrible customer service!!

Zoosk provides an excellent platform to meet that special person you always dreamed of having in your life. Zoosk provides the platform but the User has to put in the time and effort to make it work...

Terrible experience! Rare to find a woman within 100 miles. Most of them don’t have the courtesy to respond.
In response to their reply. I had parameters set for women within 50 miles, but 99% of what you showed me were much more than that and some over 1000 miles away. I'm sure that this is standard practice when there aren't many nearby regardless of your paramters.

Zoosk IS compromised as in the first 5 minutes of joining someone stole money off my credit card from this company. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE APP OR SITE

I'm going to be much more kind to Zoosk than what they were to me. Although like most online sites they do have a lot of garbage profiles, however I did meet several actual real people in person. No real connections however they were real people. THERE HORRIFIC PROBLEM HOWEVER, IS THAT THEY ARE TOO QUICK TO LABEL REGULAR PROFILES AS SCAMS!! And then to add insult to injury they go on a public humiliation campaign and spread this lie to everyone else on the site. In my case they eventually corrected it, but by this time the damage had already been done. They are despicable for this. The fact that they target regular people and not real scammers shows that their system is totally flawed. They harass real people while letting the true scammers run free on their site. I'm not sure what constitutes a "scam", my guess would be some vindictive moron on the site upset that you rejected them so they retaliate with a false scam report. Zoosk needs to clean this garbage up, otherwise one day they will do this to the wrong person and they will have to hell pay.

Do not pay for membership it is a waste of money. I searched free for one year and then decided to pay for membership for 6 months, it is no different, there are very few paid members so therefore any non members you can’t message them and zoosk just automatically send you pics of woman miles away from you.
Do not waste your money.
replying to Zoosk , why should I pay another premium ? that should be included in the membership fee. Also my search criteria is right for me, you just haven’t got enough members on your site.

Trust Pilot needs to do something about the FAKE GOOD REVIEWS on here. It's so obvious they're fake, all written by people who have none or 1 previous review lol. The negative reviews are the only one's worth reading. Zoosk is not worth a 50p subscription. Don't say I didn't warn you. No need for me to repeat WHY - read the bad reviews.

So I paid my subscription and then in less than 24 hours they blocked me from the site said they "noticed inconsistencies" and now I can't log in to cancel the subscription.
They demanded my driver license front and back.. like that doesn't sound like a scam.

If you're a guy you're not entitled to the same safety that they give the women.

I'm disputing the charges with my bank and they advised me to seek out pressing wire fraud charges. Something you might consider too if they rip you off.

I haven't hard no experience i am new to it but i love it on Zoosk

Total ripoff filled with grifters and fake accounts. Then after I paid my money in good faith, they kept recharging me for hidden things that I already paid for like being able to text someone your interested in!! Run from this site!! Save your money

Let’s not diss the Zooks team they always reply let’s agree being a moderator on a dating site is impossible to make everyone happy.

I was able to search Nationwide to find someone using Zoosk. Sight was easy to use navigate sand and receive responses. Very reasonable cost. I joined for one week. Quick response from customer service to understand my needs. While Zoosk allows to meet people of cultural ethnic background, Zoosk can't cure or resolve ignorance, partiality, even bigotry.

Zoosk is a scam , they restricting my messages whenever they see a serious conversation leading to serious relationship they will be blocking both party in other not to continue they chat I sent 8 messages non was deliver to the person lastly they delected that person profile completely by hiding it from me can’t see the person again to continue the chat . You cannot even get them to contact on the fake help page the message won’t go . They are wasting peoples time and taking people money they don’t want people to get together so that the subscription can continue forever….. whoever operating the site is a theives

Trash website and the subscription fee is way too much for a month just to maybe meet someone in your area. Not worth a subscription fee and everything is locked behind a Pay-wall after Sign up. Waste of time use Facebook Dating it's free to use.

These apps and websites money gouging for doing very little work is problematic. 🙄
