The quality is beyond everything and the taste and sortiment of all the products but the most that i cherish is how they do everything with their hearts❤️
My fist experience was when we were in their chocolate factory and my daughter made herself a bunny 🐰 but sadly we forgot to pick it up at the exit and they have sent me the rabbit through Post service and my daughter was so happy❤️it was around St. Nicholas time so i wrote her a message as if the Nicholas would wrote it that he saw that she was sad and he brought her her bunny that she made on that day. Priceles moment for my daughter she almost cried out of happiness ❤️
The second experience was this weekend when i ordered a few products for my mom for Mother’s day but i ordered it on Saturday where there was no-one in the office till Monday. I wrote them if it was possible to get the package till Tuesday but I wasn’t hoping much as it had to come from Austria to Slovenia but i got the package on Tuesday Morning (today) they have sent it through express Post and i could give my mom her present right on time. I am really surprised and so thankful for their service and all the effort they put in their company. I cant wait to visit their factory again❤️🍫💝
