Thank you very much for Christopher's assistance, which enabled me to find my first rental property in the UK. He was very attentive, first understanding my needs, whether I preferred lively or quiet environments, whether I had a car, budget, etc. He arranged viewings very carefully, arriving earlier than the agreed time and opening the windows in the rooms beforehand to let us feel the freshness of the rooms. He was also very patient in arranging the signing of the contract. We had many questions, and he explained everything to us thoroughly. Moreover, he responded even outside of working hours, including weekends, which many local agents do not do. If any friends are looking for accommodation in Birmingham, I will definitely recommend Christopher!

When I lost my keys, they swiftly guided me through the necessary steps and had a replacement ready for me the very next day. They personally delivered it to my doorstep so I don't have to go to their office and pick up. Their proactive and dedicated approach truly impressed me.

Last week, when my bathroom leaked over the weekend, their response was immediate. They promptly replied to my concern and arranged a maintenance visit.

I cannot commend Zuker's staff enough for their exceptional service. Their helpfulness and supportiveness have made my experience with them highly positive, and I would definitely recommend Zuker to others!

Has to be the worse property agency I have ever dealt with.

Staff are poorly trained and make up lies as they go along. I was told it was illegal to copy an apartment key when I lost 1 and replaced it at my own cost.

Agency have no regards for customer service and always kick up an argument claiming they are right when clearly know nothing about tenancy laws and regulations.

This is a chinese agency with staff members who can barely speak English, write correct emails with the correct information.

Very unprofessional and will never use again.

Appalling Customer Service. Rang about a property the agency had advertised on right move, firstly was told the property had been let, to which I explained it had only just been put up so couldn’t have been let so quickly. Finally after a lot of faffing about and uncertainty it was found and I requested a video of it since I am relocating. A video was sent to me of a completely different property, twice the price.

I then filled in the tenancy form for the correct property. They didn’t have a video but I explained that I could just apply without one of the pictures were up to date. This was okay. Then I was asked to send proof of savings, contract, references etc which I did. Several hours later I chased up to ask if I could pay a holding deposit to which I was told I cannot pay a holding deposit before viewing the property…..🤦🏻‍♀️ absolute time wasters. Avoid!

If you know what's good for you avoid this estate agents. they are the most un organised, unprofessional liars I have ever had to deal with. There communication is terrible. first of all they just turn up at your flat with keys un-announced with no warning to do viewings. They take a whole month to answer 1 simple question. Also don't expect your tenancy deposit back in full you will have to fight for it because they've already made there mind up from the start of your tenancy that they will deduct a cleaning fee! even if you have cleaned your property to the best possible standard. Even after you have ended your tenancy don't be surprised if you start receiving emails from utility bill company with incorrect information because they go out of there way to illegally set up accounts in your name. Please rectify with the utility providers as they will have all your correct billing information!. The only time they understand anything your trying to say is if its to do with money. Other than that they are confused or act like they don't have a clue. I've tried to remain patient and calm but these people have got me so angry and annoyed its unbelievable. Stick to Martin and Co or other well known Estate Agents Zuker property are fraudsters and money launderers AVOID!.

Landlord was a true snake too, who took advantage of us poor foreigners, a desperate money leech.

Appalling service and behaviour. I had a viewing booked in the development I already live in today. Waited 10 minutes at the concierge and called the offfice to confirm the appointment, who said he was on his way. I then called again 10 minutes later because still had nobody turned up and I was told that they wpuld call and let him know I was at the concierge - because I was. After half an hour waiting, I called the office again, explained I had been waiting outside of the concierge and to please cancel the appointment that they hadn't turned up to. 10 minutes later - 40 minutes after the booking time - they called me again from the office asking me why I wasn't there, depsite having waited 30 minutes at the concierge and calling them multiple times throughout. The agent then took the phone and actually accused me of lyingand said he had been there the whole time when he obviously hadn't and not on 1 of the 3 calls to the office did anybody confirm that.

If you are in Birmingham, you may find the Zucker Property Ltd in the letting websites. I faced them there and did my biggest mistake in trusting them.

The hide influential information about the management of the property. They did not tell me they are totally irresponsible until I signed the contract. Then suddenly they told me I have to contact some random guy ned Brian Hu. They stopped answering my emails and messages after they got their money. Absolute human wastes

Brian Hu, real name Junchao Hu, is their partner seemingly. A notorious guy in real estate business. Infamous for ripping off tenants. Possibly a friend of Ray Wang, manager of Zuker.

They lied about cleanness of the flat. It was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Hairs, trash, food waste, dust, anything you can imagine.

Respect your time avoid these unscrupulous people. Go to a well-known established agency. Don't do my mistake.
