My trainer Kelly was kind, energetic, and very knowledgeable about the history of Zumba, the dance rhythms, and the purpose of why we do what we do.
She was a great master teacher. She was very detailed broke down the moves for us. Connection wasn’t all that great. I felt we needed to dance a little more to get the moves effective.
