While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This people is the worst POS I've ever seen. Any serious POS tries to build an all in experience, with Zuppler is absolutely the opposite. Zuppler is the software, then you have Sunmi for the hardware, then you have DejaVoo for processing terminal and finally you have Safer Payments for PCI Compliance, the assistance is only remote and it's not available 24/7, they are also trying to charge for EVERYTHING and they deal with you like if you're a tech expert and all the training is through vimeo videos. Save yourself a few headaches and a lot of time and look for a better POS.

Water down, disgusting food, items missing

Ordered food through Zuppler and received water down, disgusting food, items were missing, and an additional charge was added to my order that said I had added items. When I reached out to customer service they said there was a charge for $2 more per special because I ordered after the "discount hours" yet the additional charge was for nearly $12 more. I will be warning people about this service and to NOT use Zuppler. Beware!

Terrible delivery service with a…

Terrible delivery service with a Chipotle lunch order. The delivery driver only picked up one part of our lunch business order. We explained to the delivery driver that he only picked up bag 2 of 2 that he did not grab the first part of the order - bag 1. The first thing he said was I do not speak English. Our staff is multilingual and we told him in Spanish that he had forgotten part of the order. He sat outside on a bench and texted for about 10 minutes and then said he would go pick up the order and never returned with the rest of the order. We tried to call Chipolte where we ordered our lunch and they never answered the phone. We were celebrating an employee's birthday. Total fiasco.

GARBAGE!!

GARBAGE!!! Do not use! Placed an order for Firehouse Subs. Firehouse never received notification from Zuppler so I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my order. Zuppler also charged me $6 MORE than ordering Firehouse app!!! For NO service!
