Fake, fake, fake. Implies that it’s a Swiss shop but just cheap, unsustainable Chinese rags.

didnt love the collagen night mask at first. It grew on me though. My skin looks good in the morning even if sleep was bad.

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this shop

I have never had such a frustrating and unprofessional experience with an online shop.

First of all, customer support is basically non-existent. I sent multiple emails regarding my order and never received a single response. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Being completely ignored as a customer is unacceptable.

To make things worse, I received the wrong item, and returning it turned out to be practically impossible. There are no clear return instructions, no help from support, and no willingness to fix their own mistake. The whole return process feels intentionally complicated, as if they hope customers will simply give up.

This shop clearly does not care about its customers once they have your money. Wrong orders, zero communication, and no proper return policy — this is not how a serious business should operate.

I strongly do NOT recommend buying from this shop. Save yourself time, money, and stress, and shop somewhere that actually values its customers.
