Zurp is a complete SCAM. They promise quick and easy money, but in reality, they are just taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals. Countless people have lost their hard-earned points to this fraudulent scheme. It is imperative to spread awareness and alert others to the sly tactics employed by Zurp. They will close your account before you can benefit from their advertised rewards. Despite their promises of lucrative rewards, Zurp's true intention is to deceive customers and prevent them from reaping any benefits. By shedding light on their sly tactics, we can protect ourselves and others from falling victim to their false claims.

You falsely promoted your app and card, you guys falsely advertised the app and card . you guys faked and scammed customers by allowing millions of dollars to be received from celebrities and influencers in exchange for free rewards and free cash. You guys should've thought about falsely advertising and falsely promoting the app and card and receiving millions of dollars in revenue from celebrities and influencers in exchange for free rewards and cash and you got permanently shutdown by Google

The company completely broke their terms of service. When I brought this issue up to them they completely ignored me and still have yet to speak with me. I'm disabled on social security and they say they're going out of business so I will not get my social security check next month. I also raised with them the federal regulations they broke regarding closings and absolutely no response. State and federal legislatures really need to look into this.

Cust.service ghosted me after some major issues. Today just got an email saying they're closing my account/sounds like going out of business? Never got to redeem my points for either $50 amazon/walmart credit. Too many MAJOR glitches. But customer service straight up ignored major issues. One including my credit going down A LOT, which they knew about. TONS of app glitches they chose to ignore. Just straight up ignorance. Closed my complaints without responding and no solution. Shame on u, Zurp

This app is trash it takes long for the money to hit ur card and I'm good it doesn't report to all three credit bureaus smh no sense in this card what's so ever I found zolve to be a better card they have all these rewards cuz they know they trash

I would not be giving this company one star if I have the option. I chose this company because I thought that it was a way to help build my credit rating. Their customer service is about a joke I have been with the company for months they make duplicate transactions taking my money making me reach out to merchants which I know that the merchants hasn't charged me double they did make me jump through hoops and fill out multiple multiple dispute forms and tell me each and every time oh I'm sorry it's going to take us 90 days to review this they literally took every penny I had knowing that it's a duplicate transaction and I prove to them that it is each and every time leaving me in 27° weather with no gas in my car because they took my money and sorry it can take us 90 days thanks for your patience.
I would not recommend this company to anyone

Been on Zurp for months and love it! I use my Zurp card for everything. It's hard to beat those points. Even give me points on rent.

The company also builds your credit, which is great!

Incredible product with amazing rewards! Their support is hit or miss but overall the product is great.

I was blocked for "account activity" with no other explanation offered. I made one deposit and no purchases. I haven't even received the card yet.
