Broke under warranty and sent a dirty used replacement
The hair dryer was great until it stopped working! It took the company over 10 days to respond to my customer service request. Even though it was under warranty, they would only send a refurbished replacement and not a new one, and would only cover a warranty of three months for it. They also made me send a video of cutting the cord off my original hair dryer before they would send a replacement. When the replacement arrived, it was dirty & all of the filters were blocked and it smelled strongly of perfume. When I contacted them to complain and say this wasn't an adequate replacement and ask why didn't they clean it before sending it.. they said their customer service was closed for the next 10 days! This is unacceptable for such an expensive product and a company that is affiliated with L'Oréal.
