my daughters the youngest in her group…
my daughters the youngest in her group so I was a bit worried about herring overwhelmed at first. Then I saw the show -as 'modest' as it was- and she looked so comfortable and seemed to fit right in.. I thought it was kind and thoughtful that her teacher Meghan went round them all individually to check they were ready and how they felt and praised them well. no pressure,

A wonderful no pressure, positively encouraging drama group
Before joining Zylo my son was lacking in confidence. After only a term and a half I’ve just watched him do his first performance. Ryan has such positive enthusiasm and my son can’t wait to join again next term!

Incredibly bad teaching
Incredibly bad teaching. The teacher just sat at the front and laughed while the children squirmed and forgot all their lines. My son was so embarrassed he cried and nobody stepped in to help him. It was ridiculous and I would not spend money on this again

We sincerely apologise for your experience and that of your son. As we outlined in the email we sent to you and all other affected customers this morning, following the feedback about this session we have taken the following actions:
- Removed the tutor in question from the class moving forward.
- Issued refunds to all customers.
- Outlined our plan for making sure that the club returns to a high standard as soon as next term begins.
Your children have been attending Zylo drama for a 18 months so we assume that you have been pleased with our service in the past. Our company mission is to build genuine confidence in as many children as possible and we're devastated that the high standard to which we hold ourselves has not been met on this occasion. Please accept our apologies along with our sincere promise that the issue will be swiftly rectified.

It's just great. Good tutors. Easy to book. Easy to see feedback. Always approachable, good customer service, makes you feel valued. Both children have enjoyed/are enjoying their time at Zylo.
