it’s the second time i ordered from zzzzaps, both packages came very fast, also i reaaally love that zzzzaps have a payment method to pay on the page (i hate doing bank transfers with all my heart). when i found zzzzaps for the first time, i saw that the catalog has everything i could be looking for, it really caught my eye of how nicely and accurately every product is shown, it made me want to see more lol and after some browsing i saw the holly payment method, i immediately knew that i’m going to have a long term researchionship with zzzzaps and i immediately placed my first order without hesitation, definitely going to order very soon again :D

Great service: shipped within 24h with everything neatly packed. Arrived at my French address in less than a week with no issue.
Minimum order is 50 units, which is a drawback, but it can be a mix of different products, some as low as 0,8 euro.

Deception
My experience the first time could not have been unbeatable. But, when I go to make the second order, suddenly and without any kind of warning, I find that the minimum to buy is 50 grams or units. I don't think that we, the customers, should be deceived in this way. Nowhere on the web, were we warned about an upcoming change from you establishing a minimum, and nowhere on the web does a warning appear about the change made or the new minimum on quantities. Anywhere in the world, in any store in any country and of any type, and especially on the Internet, these types of changes are notified in advance and, in any case, are not valid until they are visible to all potential customers and returning customer to make a new purchase. It seems to me a total lack of respect for all customers who had previously made purchases without this pre-established minimum.
