Avoid! Empty Packages Sent
Placed an online order of which the package was placed unattended on my driveway. Apparently this was my authorised safe space… it was not.
The package had a large roll of bubble wrap inside and that was all.
I raised this with customer service and was informed they don’t send out empty parcels…
Well that is indeed how it arrived, but apparently as it was a safe space to be left unattended then they will not resend or refund the order.
But I am expected to pay for the empty package.
Avoid this company.

Theft practices, no refund despite the fact that the parcel was not received, I do not recommend, they are very incompetent and ignorant when it comes to customer service. After being informed by Customer Service that it would not be possible to receive the delivery before Christmas, I informed them that I like immediately cancel the order, which in fact had not even left the warehouse and had not been prepared yet, so there would be no problem. Package arrived on time with one item missing, I tried to report this but just kept receiving an automated customer care message with no resolution. It’s an expensive product and still waiting to hear back from customer care even though their timeframe is 24 hours.

I AM FEELING SCAMMED, I purchased some products 150 Euros on the 29th November, ORDER#J27586018 and never received it. They sent me a number tracker that does not work, they don't attend properly, they keep asking to be patient and do not care at all. ITS a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Contacted company after receiving an incorrect product. Made to jump through hoop after hoop, including sending and resending multiple photographs and my personal details over and over again. Unwilling to send out correct item (despite the fact that I need it to go on holiday) until they received the incorrect item back. Then had to chase again as four days after receiving the incorrect item, they've still not sent the right one back. This means I've had to contact Justmylook FIVE times and I've still not received the product that I've paid for. Their small discount is definitely not worth the hassle!

So basically they sent my order out and decide to not tell me they didn’t know my house number and sent it out anyways so Royal Mail sent it back to them so I messaged support and they told me they can send it back out or give me a refund once they receive it they have now received it back as Royal Mail has told me it has been sent back to seller and there ai bot also told me they had received it back so I asked for it to be sent back out and now there lying to me saying they haven’t received it back when it’s been a week and they most definitely have
