Lovely items when they finally arrived - BUT - not very clear on ordering that make/delivery would take so long! 6 weeks and even when I asked for an update was just fobbed off with made to order No delivery date. As a result birthday gifts were lovely but late. So only order if you can wait, a while…

Hi Maggie, I am sorry it took a while for your order to get out to you. It does say on order confirmations that we could be making your order, and this does usually take a week to 10 days. We replied to your email letting you know that we were running a bit behind and we were working flat out to get orders out as fast as we could. We have since transferred to a new model of working and have much more in stock options ready to send out, in most cases, same day! Thank you for your review and we are definitely aiming for the unusually long wait time in your case to not happen in future.
This is such a fun bag & well made too
This is such a fun bag, I love the colour and the design actually everything about it 😂 it holds all my stuff and shows everyone that I have a slight rainbow obsession.

My bag is gorgeous
My bag is gorgeous. Just used it for pride and got several comments. Perfect material for a rainy day. Holds up great to cramming a few extra things in. Straps have two different adjustable parts.

Amazing colours, love my recycled bag
Making the bag and delivery takes a little time as it’s not massed produced and I’m happy with that. What arrived was a professionally made, clean, brightly coloured quality bag. Very pleased with it and love the life warranty that’s offered - just such a nice touch. On the lookout for more bags once I have a use for them! Kids swim bags would be great please 🙏

Love the design and capacity of my 10 litre backpack. Wasn't prepared for it to smell like a damp scout hut, but this is fading with exposure to the air!

Thank you so much for your review. Our premises do have a lovely bouncy childhood memory aroma about them, but all our products are washed, cleaned and repeatedly wiped with nice smelling scrub to try to minimise that rubbery tang. The fresh air should clear up any lingering scents though. M x
