I'm not really a "tech person," so I was worried this thing would be complicated. It wasnt. I charge it Friday night, put it in the pool Saturday morning, and take it out a few hours later. That's pretty much my whole routine now. The app took me a little time to understand, and I do wish the battery level was more obvious, but it hasn't been a real problem. Once I figured out the settings, I stopped checking it every ten minutes. Now I just let it do its thing. The pool looks cleaner and I'm spending way less time messing with hoses and vacuums.

I used to spend almost every Saturday morning cleaning the pool, and honestly I hated it. By the time I was done, my back was sore and half the morning was already gone. Now I just charge the WYBOT, drop it in, and go do something else. Usually I make breakfast, answer a few emails, and check on it later. It handles most of the floor really well and climbs the walls better than I expected. It might miss a small spot around the steps, but thats easy enough for me to clean by hand. I'm not looking for something magical-I just wanted less work, and that's exactly what I got.

I purchased the Wybot B1 from the company. Although the set-up and functionality was good, the remaining was extremely poor. In the app, I was never able to leave a pre-set "quick clean mode". It would be fore-front and I could not get around it. I could see the other settings, but could not use them. Here's the kicker...customer service is clearly all Chinese. There has to be an AI translater being used for all correspondence, because the same questions were being repeated ad nauseam. Then, after 2 weeks of going back and forth, they still were confused what the problem was. They agreed to refund me for this product, stating they were generous not to charge me for the return, when I had paid for an additional warrant allowing free returns. Additionally, they instructed me to cover the biohazard label on the box before returning...a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Beware of this company, as they are clearly Chinese owned and appear to violate many USA laws in their business.

I spent a lot of time comparing pool robots, and some of them cost way more than I was comfortable paying. I finally chose the WYBOT C1 and F1 because I didn't need every premium feature-I just needed something dependable. The C1 cleans the floor and walls, while the F1 takes care of leaves and debris on the water's surface. Together, they handle around 90% of the pool cleaning I used to do myself. They're not perfect around the steps, and the C1 occasionally misses a corner, but overall, they make a great combination. For what I paid, I'm very happy with the value.

This 5 star review is in response to customer service on the warrenty side. My Wybot malfunctioned 3 months after being put into service. I was able to access a care team who walked me through the replacement process. It did take about 2 weeks to get my new unit in hand,(free of charge),but in the end very satisfied in how the situation was handled.
Keep the wybot box as this made the transaction much easier.

Very poor customer service .
C2 broke and wouldn't work after 11 months .
WYBOT not interested in assisting . Their warranty is a complete waste of time

I bought my Wybot and have experienced issues after issue. The screen top got lost and I have tried to order a new one for a month now/ no one at the Wybot office responds. The company is a joke. The customer service is absolutely awful. The machine itself has misleading claims

I just purchased a Wybot S2 and not happy with it at all. I’ve contacted Wybot and getting nowhere with the Wybot S2 issues I’m having. They don’t seem to be concerned. I spent $1500 on this and it won’t climb the walls in the 3 foot shallow sides and when I try to program the app for weekly cleaning schedule the app just shuts off. Not happy with the product or service help. May need to send it back and buy a different brand.

It's not the top-tier robot out there, but it does about 80% of the work for like 40% of the cost. My Wybos S2S has been going strong for two months now. No regrets - I'd buy it again.

I don't expect miracles, but this saves me at least one big cleaning session per week. The B1 isn't fancy, but it's reliable, and that's what matters to me.

"Buyer beware! My Wybot C1 stopped charging due to a battery defect. When I claimed my warranty, they refused to pay for shipping. Because this heavy robot weighs over 23 lbs and contains a lithium battery, hazardous materials ground shipping costs between $40 and $80 out of pocket. They want ME to pay up to $80 just to ship back their defective machine in exchange for a used, refurbished unit. Their warranty is a total scam. Avoid this company!" 7/27/2026 Wybot reached out offering a label but is making me wait 7 days for it while dodging the question of whether the replacement is new or used.

My previous cleaner got stuck constantly. This WYBoT navigates better, even with my pool's uneven bottom. It still bumps into things, but at least it finds its way out.

Their pool robots don’t work well and battery dies after about an hour.
Then takes 3 hours to charge.
Takes several days to clean a pool .
Customer service from China takes days to reply or resolve issues.
I asked for return and refund and was ignored
Overall , I don’t recommend WYBOT .

Fits well, climbs the walls decently. It does leave a tiny strip near the top waterline sometimes, but I just wipe that myself. Overall, a fair trade-off.

If you are currently dealing with a faulty Wybot product and being stonewalled by customer service, do not waste weeks going in circles. Here is my experience and the exact process required to enforce your statutory rights under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).
Persistent Docking Issues & Major Battery Failure: From early on, the unit rarely self-docked properly at the pool wall upon completing a cleaning cycle—a constant source of frustration that required manual retrieval almost every time especially as this feature was the reason I bought the robot. While I initially put up with this ongoing flaw, the machine subsequently suffered a complete battery failure. The main power cell completely failed to charge or hold power, rendering the unit dead, unusable, and unfit for purpose
Under Section 260 of the ACL, a complete failure of a core component (like the battery) is a major failure. When a major failure occurs, the choice between a full refund or a replacement belongs strictly to the consumer, not the trader. Throughout this process, customer support—if it was even a real human and not an automated AI bot running canned scripts—repeatedly tried to force me to accept a product replacement instead of a refund.
Despite explicit written requests for a refund, support repeatedly pushed a replacement unit. It was only after I threatened formal action through NSW Fair Trading that they reluctantly agreed to process a refund.
I returned the faulty unit to their Sydney warehouse facility and obtained a signed drop-off receipt. Incredibly, despite taking physical possession of the machine, support attempted a second time to push a replacement on me instead of fulfilling the agreed refund.
When I re-insisted on the refund, support confirmed that it was "processed successfully." However, when no funds arrived, they retracted that confirmation, claiming a "verification error" and asserting that internal corporate audit policies prevented any payout for a couple of months.
Recognising that support was utilising deliberate stall scripts (or automated responses), I lodged a formal Consumer Claim with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) against POOL SHOP 2 U PTY LTD. Within days of NCAT serving the official Notice of Listing on their registered corporate office, the company abandoned their "audit" stance, contacted me to state the refund was "urgently processed," and transferred the full purchase price back to my account.

This is the worst pool cleaner you can buy. On day one it never worked. Then when you try to return it, they don’t want to give you the return label. Do not buy any of their products!

Wybot keeps asking for order number and the it seems AI automatically answers there are no parts or maintenance for units 2 years old or older.
Worst company i know. Do not even try to help. Just say "buy a new one". Why? If they only last 2 years. The response to my last review was nebulous at best. Buy elsewhere.

Ordered a Wybot C1 back in Sept 2025. First unit died completely in May 2026. They replaced it with a refurbished one. That unit died in July. It takes up to 2 weeks for them to send a replacement unit that’s under warranty.

Couldn't be happier. Easy to use and leaves the pool sparkling clean.
