Very positive experience with this company. I had a few analogue photography items to sell belonging to my late husband. I received a quotation and they arranged for a courier to collect the items. I received an updated quotation within a few days and agreed to their inspection findings. Any items they do not want can either be returned or placed in a charity auction.
The guys are friendly, funny and brilliant to deal with.

Selling some unused cameras . WYC did a fair appraisal , explained their reasoning and why some items rejected ( after inspection) . All contact with them was polite even though they are super busy .

Awesome friendly staff that always have the time to help out and chat. I'm a repeat customer and I will continue to be one in the future!

In a digital world it’s god to find analogue cameras but more importantly customer service from a bygone age which seems to no longer exist in most places.

I had an assortment of Cameras for sale and decided to contact West Yorkshire Cameras for an estimate. A satisfactory preliminary estimate was provided and they arranged collection for me. After examination a fair price was offered and accepted. The price paid was just £5 below my own estimate. I would happily contact this company again.

We sent them some cameras and lenses for appraisal. They were quick to check and make us an offer, which we felt was fair. They also explained why some equipment wasn’t up to an offer and did say we could have it back, which we declined.

I placed an order just for an inexpensive lens hood. When the item arrived, there was a note apologising for the delay (I hadn’t noticed a delay) and an ‘upgraded order’ which included not only my lens hood, but filters and a filter holder as well - all packed in little leather cases.
Of course, the real bonus is the Yorkshire tea bag that is always included with orders!
