Steve was very helpful when I got in touch asking a question about the furniture. Once I placed the order I was sent a sample of my choice so I knew what I was getting. Steve was contacting me to let me know about the delivery, as this was delayed due to awaiting materials for the furniture due to suppliers/Corona Virus.
Steve sent me an email with a day and time slot in which my furniture would be delivered. This was delivered on time and the people who delivered this where helpful and placed in the room of our choice. The furniture looks very good and impressive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Steve and all your team.

We have received excellent customer service from Wye Pine. Unfortunately due to a backlog of orders and delivery delays from a supplier we have had to wait a bit longer for our order. We have been kept up to date from Wye Pine about our order, and look forward to receiving it.

Really great value and excellent customer service. Four bookshelves delivered as promised and they look really great. Good communication throughout to ensure our requirements were understood and delivered on. A slight tweak was needed after delivery to enable us to have the shelf configuration we wanted but sorted with no fuss and no extra charge with a couple of extra shelves made to spec and posted out to fix the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and to highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience because my first contact with Wye Pine was in March. Then came lockdown. I had wonderful service, having samples sent and changing my mind about colour over the 3 months that followed. Exchanges by email with Steve and Kerry finally confirmed my decision and instead of buying just a sideboard I bought a bookcase as well. Both were custom made to my measurements and colour preferences and arrived on time on 13th July. Steve and Kerry were so lovely even after driving the length of the country and back in sweltering heat. They are wonderful pieces of furniture and I have had so many compliments about them. An enormous thank you to all involved.

Good choice of product on the website with clear dimensions. Was sent a whole range of swatches to ensure we picked the right colour. Delivered on time. The company was very careful when delivering the item to ensure it arrived in pristine condition and was set up where I wanted it. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of the dresser.

Wye Pine made me a larder cupboard to my very specific dimensions. I'm absolutely delighted with it. It fits my space perfectly and the brilliant way they do the movable shelves means they are rock solid but you can have them exactly where you want them and maximise your storage space.

I think you don't really know a company until something goes wrong. In my case all was fine until the dresser was delivered (which was on time and a very easy process from start to finish). The dresser looks magnificent and I am thrilled with it. However, there was a flaw in the adjustable shelves in the top part. Wye Pine behaved brilliantly. They responded quickly to my query and gave me a credit so that I could pay for a local craftsman to fix the problem. It would have been better, of course, if the fault was not there in the first place but we all make mistakes and life has been very difficult over the past few months. So I am more than happy to recommend Wye Pine and I would buy from them again should the need arise.

Great service received from Steve and the team. Very impressed with our Daughter's new bedroom furniture - so much so we are going to order furniture for our bedroom. The furniture is very good quality, great price and it's made in Birmingham!

I am delighted with my new dresser. It looks fantastic in my kitchen.
It is beautifully made, and delivery was very efficient.
