Fabulous service from the team at Wye Valley Brewery. Placed and order for a case of 1985 and Butty Bach in time for weekend rugby. The order was inadvertently delayed due to issues at the courier (no fault of the brewery). The team issued a replacement order FOC which was delivered by a member of the team on their way home. The original order was delivered the following week. Love the beer, live the service!
We have just called in and bought 12 bottles of mixed ales, a bottle of orange gin and a pint glass spending £65. The beer is lovely as we have had it before and I’m looking forward to sampling the gin and using the glass. What I am disappointed in was the service we received … 12 bottles and full bottle of gin weighs quite a bit and we were not helped to carry it to our car!! A little bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss. And also take your cap off whist serving!! Couldn’t be bothered attitude! Shall not be rushing back.
Losing the name “Dorothy Goodbody” Still rankles. Shame this bunch of WOKE con artists are still putting prices up whilst the beer quality is going down.

Not only, in my opinion, the best beers around today but a superb service.
My home delivery order had been lost by the shipping company. Without any hesitation, Jane and the brewery arranged a 2nd, FOC shipment for me.
