We always had to chase for our rents as they pay no attention at all. Without informing they do the repair works and forget to send invoices. When we ask any questions, they always come up with some stories. They charged many invoices twice and when we went to their office and discussed about the calculations, they agreed their mistake and told we were entitled to get nearly 1.5k. Again no reponse after we left. NOT to be TRUSTED at all. AVOID AT ALL COST to have peace in life.

Richard, Jackie and Amy are all brilliant, they have been a rock to me lately ,and I will be recommending them to friends family anyone I know .best estate agent going .

Be very wary of the agent Richard Crouch. He purported to have a retired couple interested in renting my unit and then entered into a lease - without my knowledge. When he eventually submitted the documents - 7 days after the tenants had taken occupation- it transpired that the tenants were now a young married couple with a baby. Needless to say i saw very little of the rent and was stuck with the damages caused by the tenants.Be very careful!

Terrible. I wish I never used them. I am now being sued following advice they gave me. They are terrible at communicating and I have also lost a full deposit as well which they are not following up on of a previous tenant. I intend to file a full complaint with them. Absolutely terrible.
