POOR SERVICE
Sadly they have completely missed the promised mark. over one month later, and my bank account is still not set up due to some internal issue. when called in and discussed, i was told id receive a call back later in the day and no one called. called in again days later, problem still unresolved and agent says they have now done what is needed but it will still be days away and they will not refund my monthly fee even though ive been unable to do anything with my LLC without the account. buyer beware, not impressed in the least with service
Edit: no I am not going to update my review even though the issue was resolved after 40+ days and numerous communications, and here is why- you promised a service you didn’t deliver on, which cost me money, then you were unwilling to refund a petty monthly service fee of $15 (which is all I really wanted to make things right) making me officially feel more like a bottom line than a valued client.

Very disappointed. I had a scheduled call with Allen Pineda and not only did he never show up, but he did not get in contact about not being able to make the call, nor did he reply to my email when I said I have been waiting. Really bad first impression.

Registering agent for multiple “shell companies” aka scam companies…
This company is the registering agent for thousands of “shell companies”, companies that take your money, drag their feet until it’s too late to dispute the charge, and never deliver a product. A reputable company that forms businesses would do their due diligence to ensure they aren’t the registering agent for a scam company. Sadly, this company doesn’t care and they continue to help companies scam customers out of their hard earned money. They claim to be an expert at helping you maintain privacy if you let them register a company, but a little research on the Wyoming Secretary of State website, cross referenced with the multitude businesses they are the “registering agent” for and you quickly see a pattern.

Bad experience, but to their credit they resolved the situation.
After posting a negative review for this company, to their credit, they reached out to me with a desire to resolve the situation leading to the negative review.
The conversation was productive and the issue was resolved. So, I have to give credit where credit is due. Not sure that I will do future business with them, since it took the negative review process to get the results, but the owners are obviously paying attention. So I can't flaw the management for the short sightedness of a single employee.

Expensive and Slow service, Better options available
Paid $631 took over 6 weeks to create the LLC had to message them everyday, also no EIN was provided so 3 months later, cant register for a payment account or setup a bank, no sign of the EIN. Great if you intend to do business after 5+ months but there are others who provide a better service for half the price so would not recommend them at all.

They Charge $50 to forward ONE MAILPIECE to their Monthly Subscribers.
I had a decent experience with the llc setup and registration, although their interface was buggy and confusing. I paid for the yearly subscription and designated office space which is $50 a month on top of the upfront costs for the registrations.
I started to receive mail, and found out they charge you $50 to forward one piece of mail to a different address. When asked about this, they said it was to cover the cost of opening, reading and logging the mail, but those services are ALREADY covered in the membership fees.
This is an outrageous fee for a simple service. I canceled and went to a competitor with better terms and pricing.

STAY AWAY
While I want to give this company a five star rating for ease of setting up and pricing, the HORRIBLE customer service makes this company a SCAM. Basically if you have any questions at all - even a simple yes or no question - all their customer service responds with is “ you must pay hundreds of dollars just to find out if our lawyers can even answer this simple question”. This goes for whatever question you have, even if it isn’t a legal question. For instance, I just needed to know what my title was for the LLC (a very basic question which does not require an attorney to answer). Customer service refused to answer me and insisted that I pay $250 to talk to an attorney just for that simple answer. Another question was whether or not their attorneys could even write a letter on my behalf. If the answer was yes depending on the content, I would have paid the fee to find out. Instead they couldn’t even answer if it was even possible, and insisted that I would have to pay the $250 for an initial simple yes or no question. It’s obviously a SCAM that no matter what your question could possibly be, they just want to extort more money from you. Do yourself a favor and use another service that appropriately provides customer service without holding your LLC hostage.

Be Aware of 3rd Party Leakage and Unaddressed Book Keeping Errors
I have three registered companies listed with them that date back to 2000. Unfortunately there have been many errors both in accounting /billing that have resulted in long support calls and back and forth emails. I have had documents (critical filings) vanish from my account with attempts to force me to pay despite having already done so. This has happened twice in my tenure with them. Both times the same excuse was given (we recently updated our billing system and or dashboard) I will say that they owned their mistake and fixed it the first time but this time t he error is far more grievous and as of todays date they have failed to correct the issue. They list your account as delinquent when you renewals are still well in the future date which makes my organization reflect poorly based on false information. I also now get assistance not from them but from a third party vendor that goes against the whole anonymity and exposes elements of my business that are meant to be shielded from outside companies who may not be bound by the same levels of protection or privacy that I am paying premium to wyomingllcattorney.com to keep. If the proper reinstatement on my account is not corrected in the next work weeks (as its been two weeks so far since I have brought up the errors in their billing system, to which they admitted to, I will be forced to file a complaint to the state of Wyoming and seek a full audit and potentially seek legal action as I am the middle of majored negotiations and this is throwing a wrench in my ability to secure a lucrative contract which means I would also be seeking damages if they fail to correct.)
