I am happy with the overall result. However, I paid for the package that included a bank account and for some reason the bank account is not opened. I would like to have that portion completed. Thank you

We signed up for the **International Option** after speaking with several providers. Before purchasing, we had a call with Angel, who was helpful in addressing our concerns as non-US residents. We were particularly cautious about banking support and compliance, as mistakes in this area can have serious consequences.
During the call, we were explicitly assured that we would be guided through the process and not left to navigate it alone. That reassurance—combined with the company being US-based—led us to choose this provider over others.
### What went well
* The LLC was formed quickly
* The registered agent was set up efficiently
* Email responses from support are fast
### Where this failed
* **No real guidance:** After onboarding, there was no human support—only an online portal with generic prompts
* **Lack of context:** Support responses do not reflect an understanding of your specific situation as a non-US resident
* **Reactive, not proactive:** When issues arise (e.g. being unable to use the provided address for banking), no alternatives or next steps are suggested
* **Inconsistent information:** We received incorrect guidance from support, later followed by an apology from another representative
* **Misalignment with sales promises:** The level of support described on the pre-sales call was not delivered
The most frustrating issue was around banking. We made it clear upfront that this was a critical concern. Despite this, we were allowed to proceed with a bank application that we were not eligible for. We only discovered this because we contacted support—otherwise, we would have simply received a rejection with no explanation.
As international clients without a US address, this is not a minor oversight—it’s a fundamental limitation that should have been clearly addressed before we paid.
### Verdict
This service is efficient at basic setup (LLC formation and registered agent), but fails where it matters most for international customers: guidance, accuracy, and alignment with what is promised.
If we could make the decision again, we would choose a different provider.

The website is not entirely intuitive and email request was not responded to, but I have 7 entities registered through this agent over the course of 10 years and overall service is very good. I have used other agents in a variety of states and WY LLC Attorney works just fine for my needs. They compare favorably to every other agent I have used.

A company was formed on wyomingllcattorney.com recently and within 1 day of formation, another completely foreign company appeared under my profile! It was formed by 2 unknown individuals, from another state. This was extremely disconcerting! The only reasons why I went ahead with this website is because of supposed privacy/safety and a number of positive reviews. The total costs for services and formation were significant (running in the hundreds of $), and even if they weren't, I would expect that my personal and business information would remain private! However, this was definitely not the case in this instance! Not only was there another company formed under my profile, but apparently an SOS filing (a name change) was submitted for the company I had created without my knowledge or consent! Mind you, that I had used a home computer without anyone present in the room when my company was created. I never submitted that document! Suffice it to say, that upon finding the unknown company under my profile, I had immediately sent two e-mails to tech support. The next day, I got a response that the SOS filing request has been resolved, but this wasn't the issue I had addressed in my e-mails. What I had asked, is how in a world could another company appear under my account when I have nothing to do with it and a request to explain as to how and why my personal and company information were compromised right off the bat on this website, as well as to how/why was there a name change request submitted for my company when I had never asked for it! Instead of explaining how and why an unknown company had appeared in pending payment status under my profile, and why my personal and company information were compromised, and why a name change I never filled out or requested, was submitted for my company, I got a response the next day saying, they don't see that unknown company under my profile. Um, yeah. Obviously, someone on the back end went ahead and deleted it, but that didn't solve the initial problems! When I sent them another e-mail stating that, they responded by saying they've combined my two support tickets and are looking into it. Meanwhile, I was flooded with requests for screenshots, e-mail responses, etc.! Yesterday, April 10th I had attempted to call their support and got an IVR message stating that everyone is in an all day meeting and that the earliest I can speak to someone live would be April 13th, 4 days after the issues were initially discovered by me and help in resolving them was requested! Seriously?! I'm paying hundreds of dollars and ongoing monthly charges for this nonsense? I don't think so! This matter has taken so much of my time, research, and back and forth with the support without any tangible results, that I haven't had any real time to devote to my business! I'm angry and upset that this has happened and that I can't trust this company to be reliable and competent partner in my business journey! There is apparent confusion, deflection, and lack of real answers on the part of Wyoming LLC Attorney.com as well as a failure to take responsibility for what has happened so far! I feel extremely vulnerable using ANY of their services and having my personal and company info on their website! Moreover, if someone is trying to file legal documents under my login, that have to do with my company, there is a potential of legal issues and I don't want to be in a position where something is done behind my back and then I have to answer for it and prove that it wasn't me! Bottom line is that what has happened is completely and totally unacceptable! It should have never taken place at all! However it did and I'm extremely uncomfortable with the level of "support" I'm getting! What I want to see as a paying customer, is a quick and thorough investigation from Wyoming LLC Attorny.com, root cause identification, swift action to ensure that something like this will never happen again, and concrete steps to compensate for this breach of trust, privacy, headache this has caused, and the significant time taken from my business activities! What I don't want to see and hear, is deflection, apparent confusion, denial, multiple requests 4 research/screenshots on my side, because if I need to do the investigation, root cause analysis, & provide supporting doc's, then I should be paid and not tech support! At this point, I feel there should be compensation regardless, for the lost time & stress this has caused! In terms of the possible root causes on what happened, I went to Google and here is what I got so far: An LLC created by unknown individuals can appear under another ind. personal acct primarily via the use of a nominee service, misconfiguration of privacy packages, or via creation of a holding company. I tend to lean towards 1st option. Awful!
They charged our card 4 times in a year for a service we never signed up for. After so many emails, they have agreed to refund just of the 4 charges. I will block my card as I don't trust them at all, and their behaviour was suspicious and it seems they are committing a fraud. I wonder if other customers noticed similar charges on their cards.
