no reliable shipping times

ordered a table 10 months ago, normal deliverytime would be 7 months ago, EU-order, but still, nothing on the horizon about when it will shop up, no real reason why. You can't get your money back, just store credit.

GREAT customer service

GREAT customer service

TERRIBLE craftmanship

this review has been given one star since the craftmanship is 100% of what we pay for as customers

1 year ago i backed for the kickstarter on the modular gamemaster screen.

so the kickstarter fulfilled and my stuff got shipped out,
i went for 4 panels 2storage towers and 4 steel magnet plates for the inside of the panels.
one panel in black wallnut (which is what i got) starts at 95 dollars

and a tower in the same wood starts at 180 dollars
plus i live in EU so shipping was quite expensive too.

now with all this money out the window you can expect absolute perfection! .. right?

so i get the stuff and immediately i see that theres multiple issues with one of the panels and one tower

we got multiple (what appears to be) glue stains and scratch marks on multiple sides of the storage tower both inside and outside and on the panel, we also have one of the rubber feet on the same panel hammered all the way down so it cant stand properly,

now i submit a ticket and the customer service proces begins, the team is very helpful and they first ask me to send the faulty items back for repair

i am for personal reasons unable to do that, so they end up sending replacement items to make things right.

so the customer service deserves 5 stars! great job guys.

so i got back one panel and one tower,

now after 4 months of bi weekly gaming, the magnets on the new tower and the old tower starts coming out of the wood.

now im sitting with 4 magnets in my hands, and im thinking this is insane.. so i just glue them back in hope for the best.

the magnets held, and my product now works,

but this level of craftmanship is something you can expect from Wish.com og Temu or some other chineese made knock off "brand" that costs 5 dollars and hopefully works.

i paid absolutely BANK for this dungeon master screen and what i got was absoluitely frightening.

i can only imagine if this was a table or something bigger i would be devastated.

If You Are From the EU, DO NOT BUY

I ordered from Wyrmwood Gaming in August 2024. Over six months later, my order still hasn't shipped. Each interaction with customer support only brings more excuses and empty promises. They refuse to issue a refund, offering only store credit, and hide behind US policies that provide no protection for EU customers.

Don't waste your money or time—buy from a reliable EU-based store instead.

"Craftsman's Promise" is a lie.

They refuse to stand behind their products. "Craftsman's Promise" states that they give a lifetime warranty, except they can just say that any item in their store is made by a third party (nowhere in the store does it say that) and that lets them ignore the warranty. Considering the amount you spend on their products, I'd expect better. Do not purchase from them.

BEWARE!

Paid $35K for a table, topper block and 8 chairs. Did not receive the topper block or 2 of the chairs. One of the chairs I did receive was poorly assembled to the point that it is not safe to use. Customer service is a joke. Days for any reply when you reach out to them. BEWARE!

Top class customer service!

I ordered a set of dice with a gift certificate I was given by Wyrmwood due to the postponement of my Corrupted Collection order. The Danish postal services and customs authorities said I didn't have to pay any customs, but in Denmark you still have to pay a fee to the courier for checking the item if you paid over a certain amount for the item. They believed that amount was exceeded. It wasn't - which was quite clear from the order confirmation. I contacted the postal services but they got back to me too late; the dice was already sent back to the US. I contacted Wyrmwood and told them that they'd receive the dice back. I asked them if they would send them back with more clear instructions on the order confirmation, so the postal office wouldn't make the same mistake. I made clear that I would pay for sending the dice again as the customs authorities would cover extra shipping fees due to the situation being their mistake.

I quickly got in contact with Matt, who promised to send it again and include more thorough instructions on the order confirmation. Most importantly, though, he declined to receive payment from me for resending the package - even though it was possible for me to get that covered. As he wrote, "There will be postage on our end but do not worry about it, it isn't your fault! It's totally on the part of the courier service" and "We will credit you for any postage that you incur, and any postage on our end is not a big deal."

Now, it's been over a month since the package was sent back to the US and unfortunately it still hasn't arrived with Wyrmwood. I've regularly been in contact with Matt about the situation, and today I contacted him again. He told me they still hadn't received the dice back. To my suprise, he then offered to send me a new set of dice - again, free of charge.

While that was a very generous offer, I declined. Matt and Wyrmwood has done more than expected, and a mistake by the Danish postal services and customs authorities shouldn't be Wyrmwood's cross to bear.

Five stars to Wyrmwood for making sure I had one contact throughout the whole proces. 10 stars to Matt for his communication and having me - not the company - as his number one priority through out the whole process!
