I had a box of clothes stolen on delivery and Philllippa dealt with this issue quickly and effectively.
Communication was clear, supportive and timely and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I recieved when something goes wrong.

I’d been unable to return my Wyse dress as I’d been unexpectedly hospitalised but Phillipa from Customer Service so kindly phoned me and immediately seamlessly expedited the return. I am so grateful. My daughters and I have been buying Wyse clothes for years and this recent experience has ensured Wyse will remain our ‘ go-to’ clothes supplier as we all relie on online shopping, living in wonderful Cornwall. I used to love Wyse
I used to love Wyse. However, many of their clothes no longer have the slightly quirky factor and just look ordinary and a bit shapeless on their website, which makes them expensive. I visited their store in Marylebone High St yesterday and despite twice previously suggesting a chair be provided in their changing rooms (with which the store staff agreed and which would cost little), to help those of a certain age to try on trousers, there is still a useless pouffe.

Returns are a pain
Returns are a pain . They changed to online without clear guidance .
Most of the things I have tried turn out large so ordering multiple sizes is the best thing . Lack of clarity ..how long to make a return on a reduced item (is that sale ?)Tried the telephone for help .Gave up ,then an online enquiry which was answered in about three days .Strangely making WYSE returns was high up in the search engine .Previouslly I have returned two items and only been refunded for one .That needed a phone call .

Kings Rd store
I am not one to usually leave reviews but having made it a mission to visit the kings rd store whilst visiting London (torrential rain en route!) I was disappointed by the store. I gathered that the sale stock had been removed the previous day so less stock but then why not fill rails with other sizes than 1 & 2 (unfortunately which I am not…). The general vibe just wasn’t great which was such a shame as am a supporter of shopping in person but will def stick to on line in the future

Gorgeous cardigan
My cardigan arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged. It is a beautiful blue colour and lovely and soft, quite lightweight so will look forward to wearing it in the spring. I think it will be very useful and I am very pleased to have got it in the sale.
