Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered excellent service from initial advise right through to the installation of the stove.
I can't recommend enough!

Had a Wildfire Ravel HE installed with Portuguese Limestone back panel, and black granite hearth, all supplied by Wyvern Fireplaces in Dorchester. Grace at Wyvern arranged the chimney sweep (Conal - The Dorset Chimney Sweep) and installation by Paul and Vinnie. All done on time (remarkable considering COVID) and all was perfect. Everything was left clean and tidy. I did express some concerns about the amount of blue flame, and noise of the flue. Nathan at Wyvern arranged for the installer and the Wildfire area manager to visit. The fire was adjusted and is fine now. From sales through to installation, and after-sales I cannot fault Wyvern Fireplaces. Thank you.

One horrific nightmare after another after another, absolutely nothing but nothing was right, to put it all on here would take pages & pages. Wyvern fireplaces staff can talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. Lies, cover ups, excuses, shoddy workmanship, let downs, ignoring phone calls time and time again are just a very few of our grievances.

We have just had a fireplace and fire installed and are very happy with the quality and finish. The installation went very well and was efficient and professional.

Great range of fires and surrounds at both the Yeovil and Dorchester Showrooms. Service was excellent. Staff at both Yeovil and Dorchester were very knowledgeable and were very helpful. Both fire and surround were fitted in the given timescale. The installer Jim Broom made a fantastic job of fitting the fire and surround. He was clean, tidy and nothing was too much trouble.
If you are looking for a new fire a visit to either Yeovil or Dorchester Showrooms wouldn't be a waste of time.

Excellent service. We had a new fireplace fitted with a Dimplex electric fire, not happy with fire, it was exchanged without a quibble.

I've booked 3 slots for quotes to have a survey for a new fireplace and not once has anyone turned up!?!
1st excuse: Guy was ill. That's fine, these things happen.
2nd excuse: We forgot to tell the guy about the booking
3rd excuse: Forgot to tell him again

This is not how to run a business people!

Installed in March 2016, still waiting the Gas Safe Building Regulations Certificate.
Have rung many times, have tried to contact their installer.
Have now had to take out a formal complaint with Gas Safe Certification Authority and arrange independent inspection, in an effort to obtain this Building Regs Certificate.
Be very wary.

Purchased a Fireplace and Fire from the Yeovil showroom. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service from Patrick followed by an exceptional installation by Jim Broom. Cannot praise the overall service and finished installation enough from this company/installer.

I would highly recommend this company, Phil came out to advise what fire place would be suitable, he came in on his day off when we visted the shop and was very patient as I could'nt make up me mind, his son was very professinal and worked very tidy, we are so please with the fireplace, it looks amazing and makes our front room cosy

if i had one small criticism it is the admin side, I asked on several occasions for confirmation that they had received my deposit and payment, its a lot of money to hand over and I get a bit nervous, an email would have put my mind at rest.

A professional, quality fireplace which is actually a work of art and has turned our apartment into a home.
The workmanship of the installer, Mathew, is exquisite and his attention to detail precise whilst always ensuring our satisfaction and accommodating our wishes as the job progressed.
The materials are of the highest quality and the finished fireplace is beautiful.

Exceptionally happy with our lime stone gas fire surround manufactured by Wyvern Fireplaces in Dorchester. Very well made. Staff all very friendly and happy to oblige, nothing too much trouble, highly recommend.

5* All round service from Wyvern Fireplaces. From start to finish excellent service which I would highly recommend. Sound sensible advice from Nathan on what products to buy following the initial survey and quality service from Matt when carrying out the installation. Matt was very efficient and explained each stage of the installation. The fireplace looks amazing and really sets the lounge off.

I rarely complete these reviews but Wyvern deserve praise for delivering a service in a friendly approachable manner.
