I ordered the set with the bottle and pack of 5 tablets. When I placed the order another 5 pack of tablets was added to my order. My order #XA253466. I tried right away to cancel the order or have the extra item removed and given a credit. I have been back with Customer Service to get some results. The last time I contacted them I didn't get a response. I will be calling Discover on Monday April 6. I also plan on calling Customer Service. I have read reviews and I'm sorry I even ordered this product!

What a day. This morning I went on-line & placed an order - oops - my computer rebooted in the middle of placing the order - I went back on line (finely got through) - placed an order of 6 air pure units - somehow in the processing the screen froze up and refused to accept my order. 3 1/2 hrs. later Steven called me because he noticed my order didn't process - Thanks to his call & his assistance my order finely got completed & processed.
