Very poor quality, arrived damaged!
Purchased cargo liners and sunshades. Slow delivery service compared to others. Products are very cheaply manufactured Chinese rubbish. The stitching on the windscreen sunshade was already falling apart in the packaging. Worst of all, these Bozos folded the cargo boot liner into quarters so it was creased, stretched and out of shape on arrival. Very poor dispatching practices. Avoid and save your money for a better quality class of products.

Terrible customer service
I purchased a boot liner from X-car over 7 weeks ago. 4 days later, I received the incorrect item (floor mats instead). I notified X-Car via email immediately. X-car expected me to 'pack the item well' for them, even though they shipped the product to me in unsealed plastic bags and drive the item to the post office to fix their mistake for them. I requested that X-Car arrange to have the incorrect item picked up from my residence, and they agreed to do so. However, that was nearly 6 weeks ago, and the mats are still sitting on my front porch (as instructed by X-car) waiting to be picked up by a courier.
I believe X-Car have no intention of refunding me. In fact, I checked the website immediately after receiving the incorrect item and discovered the item I purchased was no longer in stock. I believe X-Car knowingly shipped the incorrect item, because they knew they couldn't fulfill the order, with the intention of keeping my money. I made a claim for a refund through PayPal which was refused because X-Car provided a tracking number for the incorrect item. They also sent me a message via PayPal that was worded as if it had been sent from PayPal, trying to placate me; they tried to trick me into thinking I had received a message from PayPal. Their conduct throughout this process has been deceitful and egregious.
Regarding the item itself, I cannot speak to the item I paid for. The Floor mats appear to be very cheap. I made the purchase after my partner bought some sunshades from X-Car. I gave X-Car a try because she said X-Car was a reputable Australian company. I am not sure how they managed to give this impression, but X-Car is clearly a company selling cheap products imported from China, and their customer service suits.
Additionally, I wrote this review on their website which is mysteriously missing.
Not a perfect and seamless fit as claimed
The window shades claim to be a perfect and seamless fit. Can confirm they are NOT. When you have a child in the backseat, you want ALL of the window shades providing protection. The edge of one of the shades doesn’t even reach the door frame so can’t be stuck on. Very disappointed will be returning. Have to return at own cost.

The boot liner for my Sealion 7 fits well, initially I thought it was a poor fit but X-car helped with the configuration.
The material is a flexible hard moulded material, rather than a soft rubber mat, but fits well and will protect the carpet

Purchased a boot liner for LC 200 series, unfortunately the way it was packaged means it was covered in creases. The quality was also not what I was expecting, poor quality and poor fit.
Offered 10% of purchase price as compensation which was a nice offer from
Customer services.
This was a classic buy cheap buy twice tale, do yourself a favour and spend a bit extra and buy a quality product.

Got a boot liner for a Land Cruiser 300 but the method of postage was BS. It has been hard folded in the middle causing a high apex and causing it not to sit flat with a white solid stress line through of the plastic evident. One start rating. It was so hard folded flat it fits nicely in my bin. Role the item up to posit it fools.

Nissan X-Trail Rubber mats
I have just received and fitted my 2017 x-trail floor mats. I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality and the exact fit. I purchased these for two reasons. 1) My normal drivers side mat would easily crunch up, making it unsafe at times, but mainly 2) Is I launch my boat on a steep and very muddy ramp and who wants mud through carpet fibers? I would definitely recommend these mats to others.
Great front fit, but poor material quality and shipping damage elsewhere.
While the front driver and passenger mats fit perfectly and feel thoroughly molded, the rest of the set for my 2019 Pajero Sport fell short of expectations.
The middle-row mats do not fit as described and are constantly bending out of place. My biggest issue, however, is the material and shipping method. The "rubber" is misleading; it feels more like a hard, cheap plastic. Because the material is so rigid, the mats arrived with permanent deformations because the seller bent them in half for shipping.
Specifically, the boot mat has a permanent kink and warp that I haven't been able to remove, and the general shape doesn't quite match the contours of my car. Visually they look okay, but the "hard, dry" texture feels low-quality.
Summary: 5/5 stars for the front mats, but the middle and boot mats are not worth the money due to poor fit and shipping damage.

The products’ quality is decent but I would say it’s still quite expensive for its condition. I ordered a microfibre dash mat, car mats, and a boot liner. All items were packaged only in a plastic bag which were reinforced with tape. You would expect them to be delivered in at least a cardboard box for the price you pay but no. It’s a risky move especially with the likelihood of the product getting damaged during transit/shipping. Seems very unprofessional and tacky considering you pay a big amount for these products.
The car mats were shipped separately from the boot liner and the dash mat, which were a little inconvenient but it worked out.
The car mats fit well for my honda cr-v.
The boot liner was delivered folded into quarters so it was a bit difficult to get it to stay flat once I placed it into the boot. Had to add some weight on it to force it to flatten out.
Dashboard mat came with stickers to keep it in place. It did have a sour smell to it thought but otherwise it seemed pretty decent.
30 day change of mind what a joke
I purchased a dashmat XTrail - TI L. Not air bag complaint. No provision for all Bose speaker. To flimsy to cut extra holes. Maybe suitable for low models. Requested 30 day change of mind as it was not suitable, sent pictures to customer service all they could suggest is 15% refund. Don't rely on what the website says. Buy somewhere where you can see what you get before you part with your cash. Same with mud flaps front fit fine but the back you need to drill extra holes in you new car.
