Censorship and unfair banning of accounts

They suspended two of my accounts, claiming 'inauthentic behavior' and they keep ignoring my appeals to restore my accounts
It's a shame that they keep censoring Arts, after having suspended my music artist account as well as my account of literature!
Avoid it at all costs, specially if you are an artist

I finally joined X after many years and…

I finally joined X after many years ,Never personally joined twitter or x.com in my life. I'm 62
So it was Christmas and I began to set up my handle @westworldlife7 . I put my AI art work picture up in the banner. A picture of Santa with Rudolf his reindeer. Very innocent picture for all ages. Next I posted my first post. Another one of my AI creations , Santa resting in his chair to say hello and Merry Christmas to all
. I saw a game in my feed and liked it and commented that I also enjoy the game.
I verified my email and phone number as well. Logged off and signed into X the next day , YOUR account is suspended , so I filed an appeal. After a week nothing so I filed again. Next day they wrote saying account permanently suspended do not contact us this is closed case.
1.) What rules did I break ?
2.) I am upset at X the way they handled it. Most likely a stinking bot. Well X Totally unprofessional. D

propaganda website full of bots

It brags about how much freedom of speech they have now. Yes, to SOME extent you can see some videos that you wouldn't be able to see on youtube...but for the most part, probably 95% it's just a bunch of bot or government accounts spewing propaganda on whatever is the hot topic at the moment. They don't even try to hide it, user claims to live in UK and you click them, it says "account based in india". I got banned many times and shadowbanned, I got photos. Official messages from X not conspiracy theories. They do NOT support freedom of speech. Except if some big government official advocates to wage war and kill millions, that's perfectly acceptable.

edit: it says my "review is pending" meaning that even with the low abysmall score that you see here, that's the BEST they could do. So there's lots of even more negative reviews that were obviously censored. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT

Intentionally Obscure Subscription Cancellation

I attempted to cancel my subscription two weeks before renewal.
After clicking the cancel button, I was shown a discount offer. I declined and clicked cancel again, which then redirected me to Stripe.

As a normal user, this looked like the cancellation flow was completed. There was no clear confirmation that my subscription was still active.

Despite this, I was charged again.
On the same day of the charge, I immediately contacted support requesting a refund and full cancellation. The response was that refunds are not allowed under their policy.

The issue is not the refund policy itself, but the confusing and misleading cancellation experience. If a user clicks cancel multiple times and is redirected to a payment processor, it should be explicitly clear whether the subscription is active or canceled.

This feels like a dark pattern rather than an honest cancellation flow.

X took £108.00 from my bank without…

X took £108.00 from my bank without authorisation and have not given me the paid premium services after the X App was on automatic renew. I have contacted them in which they sent a sign in link to use to sign in which does not work and they are aware of it not working! They now send an email saying no more help can be given and not to reply as replies are not monitored leaving me to contact Google Payments & my Bank to stop the blatant fraud and disgusting response to my request for support. I am so upset that they have not just taken alot of money and have not given the services but in the way they have done it and blatantly have not supported or cared but acted rudely telling me my replies will not be read. I can only hope my bank or Google payments refund me.

Customer service is appalling.

The free to use is OK. Too many ads and rubbish , worth using for the information it can provide.
However I made the mistake of attempting to trying X Premium. I signed up for a free trial and two years & £600 later I am still trying to get out the thing. I have never used the service or had any benefits.
It's has impossible to find a way to contact anyone to get me out of this situation.

Confusing and nonexistent customer service

My account has been permanently suspended with the website for inauthentic behavior. But the issue is I have no idea what that means and it wasn't explained to me. I was simply using the website in the way that seemed fine. I didn't spread hate, didn't share or comment anything negative, never used bots so I thought it was fine. No one will talk to me, and their appeal process is dysfunctional at best. I love the site and the creators but the inconsistent methodology and application is infuriating to me. I just want an explanation and a chance to correct my behavior.

Counterfeit items!!!!

On the other hand, they are now shoving counterfeit ads down your throat. I don't care about ads, but I don't want fake knockoffs filling up my feed via @Products
I blocked, muted and reported. Nothing! Every 3 post is some fake Adidas or something with suspicious links.

Musk's Twitter is Woke and Silencing Critics of Islam

As a user of "X" since a few months after Musk's acquisition, I've suddenly found my account hs been indefinitely suspended for "inauthentic behaviors". I've never done anything that remotely resembles or approaches X's definition of "inauthentic behavior" -- I'm just a normal user who looks at content, likes it, retweets it, etc. I'm not part of any coordinated campaigns of groups on the app. I didn't claim to be from somewhere I'm not from, etc. Anyway, after being suspended I've was invited by the platform to appeal the suspension. Having done so (three times now over the past several weeks) I've not even received an automted response from the system. I chalk this up to being anti-Islam and not being willing to buy X's "blue checkmark" because I actually don't mind being shown ads or forgoing some of the so-called "advantages" of having that stupid checkmark. I wonder who the "support team" is made up of... what country are they in... Certainly wouldn't be Pakistan. That's impossible. LOL.

You will see lot of bot account comments under every posts. Elon need to take action against such accounts.
