I barely used it.

I retweeted a few mainstream news posts for a few months.

So when I went back 6 months later to find the account was suspended, I understood why advertisers were abandoning Musk's pile of shit.

A platform full of Neo-Nazi content, negativity, and propaganda.

Critical System Flaw: Username Transfer leads to Permanent Suspension

The platform is currently unusable due to severe bugs in the automated system.

I attempted a legitimate username transfer from my old, active account to a new account.

The system falsely flagged this action as "Evading a Suspension" and immediately permanently suspended the new account.

The source account is active and has never been suspended.
X does not implement a cool-down period for released usernames (unlike competitors), yet penalizes the user for utilizing this gap.

The support system blocks all appeal channels. Furthermore, Support refuses manual correction, claiming they are "unable to verify" the account holder, while simultaneously offering no possibility for extended identity verification (such as ID upload). This demonstrates a clear refusal to solve the automated mistake.

The platform creates a trap for its users and then refuses any manual correction. Fundamentally unfair and highly frustrating.

My new account is now permanently suspended, and the desired username is no longer available.

I am extremely disappointed with the X app. My account was suddenly suspended for “inauthentic behavior” without any clear explanation. I am a real person using the platform normally, yet the system flagged me wrongly.

What’s worse is the lack of proper support. There is no clear guidance, no quick way to fix the issue, and the automated responses are unhelpful. A social platform should treat genuine users fairly, but X has made the experience frustrating and stressful.

Until they improve their support system and transparency, I cannot recommend this app.

I was on X for 2 years after Jack and the bird shaddowbanned me. The algorithm was not much better for me when Elon came to own it. There are not very many enlightened, intelligent, cultured people on there. It attracts conflict and mentally ill people. I didn't fit in at all. Glad to be off.

X.com IS BROKEN. Even though I am clearly human and pass the human verification check on X, it says "...but there has been a technical error and now you can view X" Utterly ridiculous. Elon fix it or you have wasted $40BILLION on a site that doesn't even work

I have a paid X.com account, but they recently suspended my account permanently without any warning or explanation, effectively stealing my money. Never give X money because they may steal it from you and refuse to give you the services you paid for.

I had a paid, verified account. I asked for a refund based on my 14 day right to withdraw. Instead, they banned my account for reporting too many fake Elon Musk accounts. They have ignored my withdrawal request and my appeal of the ban. I created a second account, and now have a label because I interacted too much, even after verifying my email address, because their automated system is incapable of what? Anything??

This constitutes theft and harassment. My money has been stolen, and doing anything results in labelling and banning.

When nothing was working (blackout due to amazon) this was the only platform that was working and secondly its hard to get noticed there but nikita their product manager is really doing good stuff. im excited what he brings to the table.. already seeing the logo when someone screenshot anything from x.

X has terrible customer service. They locked my account for saying Go Stand at the end of a runway to Stephan King. Unon appeal they said they made an error and I had not violated any rules. That was 7days ago. They just dinged my card again for a years worth of service to an account I cant access!!! Whats wrong ELON ???? You blow up another rocket and now are using X to rip off the public to pay for your toys!!! Deport this crook back to South Africa. He is scamming the public to pay for his toys!!!!

Elon Musk the owner, uses it as his private playground with massive advertisements.

Created my account, and then got my account permanently suspended for doing literally nothing in under an hour. And then telling me that i already violated their rules in the past and not telling me what i did earlier? Probably that "past" ban was just me deactivating my previous account.

X.com suddenly locked my account without any explanation or warning. I didn’t break any rules, yet their support never replies — only useless automated emails. Horrible service, no transparency, no respect for users. 1 star is too kind for this platform.

X won't let me close down my account, so I've stopped using it anyway!

The X platform has nothing to do with free speech. That site is so infected with imposters.scammers, extortionists. Musk maybe he’s behind it. He surely isn’t stopping it. The X suspended my account after 20 years of following musk. I quit I reported suspicious behavior and they suspended me permanently. Bad press for them. Had his major vote for 1trillion. He acts like a used care salesman. Look up his history always borrowing . He’s on Telegram asking for money to. Out of his mouth. He won’t stop . Untouchable always claiming humanity …. Bought into it cancel my acct.but if your suspended you can’t email or talk to anyone.The soft porn is out of control. I've become fortunate enough to have been officially verified on x.com as Apple Inc.. I had to go through an appeals process, which led to this final decision by Elon Musk & his team; Gratitude is hardly the word to express my feelings of this result. My/our | Apple Incorporated's portfolio, data & updates that get posted- most the time- receive instant media coverage... To be a part of this is and has been simply extraordinary. I'm simply ecstatic and eager to see where 'X' goes from here, what's in store for Apple Inc. & any positive/productive surprises along the way.

What can i say ? They know how to scam people. Lost 300 dollars for Premium subscription, never had the blue checkmar. My profile is just a cuisine page with food photos. Pure garbage. You know how to loose customers, congrats, i will go to Twitch. Thanks for the scam
