X.com has no customer support

X.com has terrible customer support. I was mislead into spending $32 on a basic premium membership thinking that would allow me to Direct Message other users. Once I paid, I found out that in order to direct message I would have to upgrade by paying an additional $64 which was unacceptable. On their premium membership services page they conceal the fact that DMs are not allowed in the basic plan. They have absolutely no phone or email or chat support from which I could request a refund.

disgusting site that allows racist insults and death threats

We have all gotten into heated wars with other people one way or another. But I have never used any vulgar expletives, or even racist insults, veiled threats, or anything that could make me seem like I'm someone who hasn't received an education or a decent upbringing at home. X however, suspended me for "inauthencity" because they said I have exhibited "bot-like" activities such as liking posts too quickly, or maybe even liking my own tweets from other accounts.

I paid for premium about two months ago, and was immediately suspended after two weeks for this ridiculous claim. I was not able to retrieve my account until 3 weeks later. Trying to reach out to a human working at customer service on this platform is impossible, unless you pay for another account and use their Premium DM. You will be met with an AI assistant at first, but if you persisted that your issue is not solved, you will be passed to a human assistant. This took me two weeks to figure out.

The rage I felt when dealing with X is unfathomable. And what, Elon Musk is claiming he wants to make this like WeChat?! Get real, that's not even going to happen! How are you treating your customers? Do you know reports on abuse on WeChat are handled almost immediately!? Instead, you allow racist insults and hateful vitriol to go unchecked. Reporting these insults do NOTHING, as I will receive automated emails that inform me, "OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOUND NO VIOLATIONS" are you kidding me? Also, you suspend users arbitrarily using automated systems?! Really?! I have gotten 3 emails that said, "OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEMS DETERMINED THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS INAUTHENTIC." HOW ARE MY ACCOUNTS INAUTHENTIC!? This time, I do not like from other accounts (Even though it's useful for me to do so for record keeping). I followed other accounts because I need to add them to a group chat. IS THIS ALSO NOT ALLOWED?!

This is so ridiculous, like??? I liked tweets quickly because I wanted to support my friends. Why is that a crime? Why should I waste precious seconds of my day waiting for an interval before liking anything?! I want to do things quickly in this day and age! So what if I liked tweets from my other accounts!? I want to keep a record of my own tweets from another account so I could look things up quickly like an archive from the other account! What's wrong with that!? They said it's "fake engagement".

So "engagement" is more important to you than accounts that have gone for months hurling racist abuse at others?! Are these really less severe compared to your so-called "fake engagement" ? I don't even sign up for your shitty payment program so why should engagement even matter!? My posts don't even reach 1k likes. They're only like 45 likes. So you're suspending me because I liked ONE tweet from my other 3 accounts for my own record-keeping purposes?! The same user not only racially and ethnically attacked everyone who disagreed with her, but also attacked other people who even mildly criticises her opinion, responding with veiled insults that bypassed automatic triggers on censored and bannable words. So many people have also told me they tried reporting this person but X DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why should I even pay you for premium? Why should I even USE you ANYMORE?!

They blocked my account literally for nothing.

They blocked my account literally for no reason. I have never post anything or comment. I was just following accounts which I'm interested in. They didn't give me any explanation or response for appilation. I don't reccomend that website with it stupid rules. Don't even think to buy anything there because they can block your account despite your premium account.

Copyright infringement galore

If you are a con artist that steal other people's images and videos for your scams and personal gain, then this is the place for you!

My videos and photos have been stolen and used to "sell" a "crytocurrency".
After completing 3 copyright reports and receiving the same automated response that states that I haven't added enough information (which included direct links and explanation of materials stolen) I can confirm that this is the worst social media going! (Facebook, instagram and tiktok have all managed to remove the copyrighted work on the first attempt).

X trying to bury me

I was suspended for answering a post about vile rapist who attacked women. I put my views down and I got suspended obviously the owner must support rapists and the way they treat women and children. I also complained multiple times about the smut photos of near naked women and the way they propose on X I found this unacceptable but X wouldn't ban this behaviour so I think they banned me deliberately to get rid of me and my complaints of the way X was going under that awful owner. How is it right they allow bare breasted women and almost the rest naked with comprising poses and be ok with it. Also they kept sending messages of near topless women to my inbox knowing my position I kept blocking them so they knew my position on what I didn't want to see but they deliberately let more through. I was insulted at the way women flaut themselves in public on a family platform. But they banned me twice and is trying to get rid of me because I won't give in to their smut content

X.com is worthless

X.com is worthless. Anyone can come up with a fake name and say "I'm Elon Musk" or "I'm this or that". Some people fall for it and these scammers cleverly use these gullible people to believe all sorts of things and ultimately steal their money by pretending to buy Tesla shares for them and make huge profits. Outrageous. Stay away from X. It's one big scam.

This site should NOT be trusted

In late 2024, for months, crypto X has been flooded with persistent posts linking to YouTube videos (such videos by Jackson-Philip-Kazz and the Georges) promoting an AI-driven smart contract bot as an easy way to generate "passive income." It also hijacks legitimate X accounts, as caused by **so many amounts that are withdrawn from accounts associated with the Jackson-Philip-Kazz promoted arbitrage bot total scheme in millions. Even the same passive income model is being promoted by another individual who operates across 3 different YouTube channels under the "George" label. Like Jackson-Philip-Kazz, various Georges present the same passive income model in their video clips, relying on an identical arbitrage bot scheme developed with ChatGPT. Many different Georges are now enticing investors with promises of not just $1,000 a day but also quick returns worth 6 or 7 ETH a week. What's more concerning is the both figures behind the scam schemes are communicating not only from fake accounts on the X platform but also from legitimate accounts, which appear to have been hacked. There are several accounts tied to media channels in Africa and Mexico with 10K followers and a well-known cooking oil and margarine brand that has published Jackson's or George's videos from their X profiles. Some smart contract-related trading bot videos have already been removed from the hijacked X accounts. Dozens of new ones continue to appear in their place. Thankfully Jackson-Philip-Kazz and the Georges have slowed down, and that incident lasted for a short time (maybe). Messages featuring their faces can be still found on Crypto Twitter/X, often under nearly every post from prominent analysts or KOLs.

To be clear, I do not have anything to do with cryptocurrency. Thankfully I joined in June 2025 and was safe after the Ethereum arbitrage bot scam incident.

Paid to upgrade they suspended my account a day or 2 later based on false allegations

As soon as I signed up, I was bombarded with scammers and bots. Couple of days after I upgraded and paid for the premium version, someone made a false allegation that my photo was not authentic which is not true, they suspended my account Without even bothering to investigate it.
waste of time and money upgrading for one or 2 days ! I wonder how long I’m going to have to wait before they get back to me after I filled out the online form, seeking them to reconsider the suspension

So the mighty X put me back on

So the mighty X put me back on, but I cannot access anything about Israel I am guessing here they do not want me hurting their antisemitic friends' feelings. To the quislings at X by allowing the lies from the river to the sea crowd about 10/7 you are complicit, and Elon has shown himself, I should have learned after the "not a flame thrower"crap but I know now.

They closed my account for a strange reason, I have no fault, I have applied to the objection form many times. there is never any return. A case is not created even when my message is delivered, I wrote it everywhere many times and shared it on Twitter. and then I wrote to them from where I can't reach them and they never replied Even the support services of a 2-star app respond within 4 days at the latest, and there has been no response for 6 months. They are only very good at financial services because they earn money. Twitter before better X not. Oscarbrncyrpto My account

They are selective about whom they suspend

They suspended for my avatar claiming I was impersonating a brand name. Several other people used a similar avatar (ICE) and mine wasn't even the same one that ICE used. But there's people on the app who've talked about wanting to commit genocide against specific groups, and when I complained, Twitter said no violation was found? Now their bot won't return my $11.00 subscription fee for the month of July.
