I ordered Dash Mats Covers for my 2018 Slingshot SL and they arrived 3 weeks late and went to install and the fit was horrible So I called and spoke with Maverick and he was the worse customer service rep. He refused to give me a refund even tho it was their mistake
Eventually he said he would refund but was charging a 25% restock fee Even tho he agreed they were not fitting after a hour on phone with him and me sending 10 pics to him
So I wanted the address to send back and he said he would send it to me. As of now 3 weeks later and 3 emails later I still haven't received a dress to send back
I would never buy from this company especially the cost you pay and if they don't fit You will still own them

Received my mats in less than a week! They are super high quality and they fit perfectly!! If you have struggled with to buy or not to buy, stop, BUY THE MATS you will not be disappointed!!! My vehicle is a 2023 Polaris Slingshot R....Nice job Felix & Maverick, thank you for taking care of me so quickly!!!!!

So, I originally bought a set these for my wife's Tesla a couple of years ago - she loved them and they have really held up very well! I liked them so much in fact, that I bought a full set for my new truck, the same week I picked it up. This time, I opted for the black diamond pattern with electric blue stitching (matches my truck perfectly, btw) and have gotten so many compliments on them. I had some minor fitment issues at first, but with a little ingenuity, found ways to get it to sit correctly. They look absolutely fantastic and I really like the way the fully cover the carpeted areas, even up the sides of the console. It just looks so sharp. I have even become somewhat of an ambassador for F1 Mats, and have actually gotten several other people that I work with to order a set for their own vehicles. So far, all are happy with them!
One more thing, the customer support I received was fantastic. Sarah Burnside did a great job of assisting me with questions I had and even just checking back in with me after they arrived. I could not be happier with F1 Mats, and will order again in the future!

F1 mats are high quality. The Chinese ones don't even come close to the quality. I ordered these mats for my G-wagon. Driver and rear mat fit perfectly, but the passenger mat was a bit off. I contacted F1 mats and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new mat for the passenger side, which was then a perfect fit. I was impressed by the quality of mats, but even more impressed with the customer service as they were always very quick to respond.

The custom floor mats I ordered for my S-class look great. The fit was great everywhere except for the inner wall of the passenger side but they include extra attachments so you can just poke a little hole, feed the plastic attachment through, and you can create a tighter fit where ever you need. I added two more attachment points and it fits perfectly now.

F1 Mats has high quality custom floor mats. The mats fit perfectly and I was able to get my logo stitched on the mats. The color I chose matched the interior of the car perfectly. Thank you F1 Mats for providing such an awesome product!

Ordered two sets of the single layer diamond pattern mats for two cars. a BMW m4 and a Mitsubishi Lancer evo. The M4 mats I would say fit 7.5/10 with some portions sticking out more than i'd like though they do look good. The issue is with the mats for the Evo. They must have sent mats for the base model Lancer which is a completely different car. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and documented everything. They told me they would get the correct mats sent to be but here we are, a year later and still nothing. And yes, I did check in periodically. Every month or so but each time it seemed to just be another excuse.

My friend just bought the exact same Matt from another company called Maxx Car Mats at close to £100 only.

The quality of these mats are superb. They also were smart enough to send extra tabs, since from past experience with other companies the tabs will break over time. I'm very pleased and plan to order more.

really great product, it come on time for shipping. I love it, will tell all my friends and family about f1mats. it felts in the car nice, cover all the floor. Its easy to install.

UPDATE: F1Mats shipped the missing trunk mat and followed up to be sure it was received and that there were no further issues. Changed my review since they followed through and resolved the issue.

Ordered custom floor mats and a trunk mat on 11/29/2022 and the money ($458) was taken from my account that day. Order#F1-77759. Received a confirmation email on 11/30/2022 confirming the order, including added trunk mat (which was an additional add-on price of $79). The order was delivered and the trunk mat was missing. The quality control checklist the company sent shows the trunk mat is not checked off/included in order. I notified the company that the trunk mat was missing and sent the requested images of what was received (floor mats). This was 12/26/2022 and they said they were checking with the production team as to why the trunk mat was not included and would update me the moment they heard back. I contacted the company by phone on 1/5/2023 and spoke with CSR Maverick and he told me the "trunk mat was being finalized to make sure it is a perfect fit for safety reasons and they will send a new email with tracking once it ships". There have been many emails since that time from me asking for an update and being told they were working on resolving the issue. 1/11/2023 I sent an email that if they did not have the trunk mat to ship, I would like to be refunded and would like contact info for a supervisor. Three weeks later (2/2/2023) they emailed asking me to confirm the body type of the car and "rest assured this will be resolved." The issue has not been resolved. I have still not received the trunk mat and have not been refunded for the product not received. I have communicated with the Customer Service team on multiple occasions and have documentation of all communication. Very unsatisfactory company to work with and does not live up to what they state. Yes, the customer service team (which consists of Jay and Maverick based on the multiple replies I have received) do reply, but it is always a series of the same generic response... "we apologize for the delay", "we have reached out to the production team and will notify you once we hear", "rest assured, you will receive an update soon", and "I will attend to this personally and make sure to provide an update". Also, the floor mats were not a "perfect custom fit" and took over 2 hours to install, but the company does state on their website that returns are not allowed after 7 days, which they are clear about. My complaint and negative review are over paying for items not received.

The best floor mats on the market! I got these mats for my 2022 Mustang GT in green. They match the car amazingly, and are made with amazing quality guaranteed to last for a very long time. The perfect fitment to the interior is exactly what I was looking for! 100% recommend!

Love love love my Mats. Ordered Mats for my sling shot and I’m very impressed. Customer service was top notch. F1 Mats customer service is always professional, educational, and helpful...every time. I was dealing with another leather mat company who never answered their phone or answered emails. I ordered my mats with an extra custom addition to the cargo area. They were able to fulfill that request. I knew that these mats were durable, well made, and I could even tell they were thicker than the competition. Now that I have them, these things have been confirmed and they are actually better than I expected even though my expectations were pretty high. As a pro detailer, I can't stand these velcro factory carpets. Horrible and hard to clean. But with F1 mats, no longer will I have to deal with that crappy carpet. These mats can be put down and stay there. There are easy to clean, look great and built to last. I am so glad that F1 makes their own mats. They do not outsource then to a China factory like those other "guys" I mentioned earlier. I don't want China mats. Headquartered in Deleware and mats made in Dubai. I can't ask for better quality than something coming from Dubai. So pleased. Thank you F1 Mats

Purchased a set for my 22 Bronco. 2 layers. They were delivered in one week. Opened the box and loved the look, workmanship and exactly what I was expecting. I let them air out and relax after shipping. The fit and finish is superb. I just ordered a set for my C8 and bought the hybrid type. Looking forward to their receipt. BTW, customer service guy Maverick, is really super to work with

Website was easy to use and Iwas surprised to receive a phone call to go over my order to make sure everything was good before it was sent off to production. It took two weeks from order to receipt. The mats are great and easy to install.
