The software requires a bit of Customer Support before you can fully understand how it works, but when you do, it works very well. It has some bugs, but for the price tag and if you need to extract a lot of data, it makes sense. I am happy with it.

Excellent software but a little slow, And Dear Ruth Is a very intelligent person.

I have been trying to use a lot of software but all of those did not meet my expectations. Until I came across this website and signed-up.

The App is very user friendly, it has all the video tutorials for each feature and very easy to understand.

Their customer supports are very responsive and will guide you through to the whole process.

I can't find any other software! this is THE BEST ONE!!! I've got all the pieces of information I need.

Still waiting for my refound. Nobody is answering the emails or the chat. Its been 10 days since i first asked for my refound. This company is a fraud. They scam people.

There is NO refound on my bank.
Everything this company say is a lie!!!
Its been two years and the say that the delay is my fault because i used a credit card? Inbeliveble!

Can't believe to see all these bad reviews i see on this page, All i can think of when it come to this product is only positive stuff, If you looking to scrape emails, then this is it, this will do your favor, i haven't work with any other software or service before so i can't give you comparison but you don't need to even think of trying others, this is the only thing that i would recommend, you just have to be patient with support team, and trust them, They will give you what you want! so make your move now and make it happen, it is only matter of time,

Pathetic email service: they are just fooling people, first they will tell you to sign up for professional plan,,then after signing up with proffesional plan when you try to scrap you will get hardly any emails. then they will force you to go for business plan to get more data THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 149$ MORE. Pathetic companu x2e, Don't buy , i am the live proof, in a group of 65k , they scrapped only 52 emails, when i ask for the refund , it's been 5 days, no answer from this stupid company, they have blocked the chat also on my account because i asked for the refund. KINDLY DO NOT BUY FACEBOOK EXTRACTOR FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. Good Extractor So far, waiting for their next update releasing on 1st of December.

This one is really awesome for collecting fresh emails from Facebook and Instagram.

I purchased facebook sendy for 99$ only to find out , it does not work, i was later advised that i should wait as the new one is coming out. i applied for a refund and they ask me to send an email which i did several times and they would not respond or respond as if they were not aware about the issue so i can explain it all over again. FOR 6 WEEKS i am not hearing from them and they are not responding even on their chat icon on their website.

Looks like plenty of negative feedback is from non-tech savvy people while the software requires a bit of understanding of how Facebook and scraping work I am using X2Emails from a couple of months & seems the negative reviews are posted by one of x2emails competitor because they always update their application with the Facebook API & this is the only tool which works great with the Facebook new update so better to always check their community on Facebook & live chat on discord so guys can have real experience instead of reading this negative reviews.
I highly recommend this software. I am very much satisfied.

Great products with great results. All people who tell x2emails does not works are not intelligent and does not know how to use it.
