Unfortunately, due to the holiday rush, Bpost is experiencing delays, which means not all packages can be delivered on time.

Rude treatment
The treatment I received from the employee in Zaventem around 1 p.m. was horrible. I brought everything well prepared (rendering, design, measurements), but she was impatient and every time I asked her something, she frowned. I apologized until I couldn't stand it anymore and asked her to change her attitude or I would leave the store. A €9,000 order that I will definitely place elsewhere.
