Zafira B Swirl Flap Fix
My mechanic diagnosed an issue with the swirl flaps on my Zafira B. The flaps were OK, but the rod kept popping off so he advised I buy the upgraded rod supplied X8R as i had a tighter fit to overcone this, apparantly, common issue. The component felt a quality part. Doing this save having to replace the whole swirl flap assembly requiring the intake manifold to be removed so BIG £. For £75 incl my mechanics fee for fitting the problem appears to have bren solved. Only been on a week but so far performance is better and no engine management light.
Ordered the corsa clutch return spring
Ordered the corsa clutch return spring. Just like it says on the box, 2 minutes to fit and saves you hundreds removing the pedal box.
Nice idea but not an easy option
I ordered a replacement clutch pivot pin for a Vauxhall Zafira after first confirming that it can be fitted with the pedal box still in the car. Well, yes it can be fitted with the pedal box still in the car but with a lot of hard work. It took me over 10 hours to fit it. The main cause being the fight against the clutch master cylinder rod and the clutch return spring that kept coming out. The video from X8R is very misleading because yes, it is a simple job replacing the pin with the pedal box on the bench and no springs or piston rods attached to the clutch pedal. Also, the video shows a liberal amount of thread locker being applied. Doing this caused thread locker to get into the bushes and prevent the pivot pin from fitting. So I had to take the clutch pedal off, clean everything up and try again. Some simple instructions and a recommended approach to fitting the pivot pin in the car would have been very helpful. If you buy one strap yourself in for a long haul and a lot of work. It's a shame because the pivot pin itself is a nice idea. Also watch out. I fitted this because the clutch pedal was sticking and after consulting "Google mechanic" I thought wear on the pivot pin was causing the problem. The new pin didn't make any difference and the car is now booked into a garage for to have the clutch master cylinder replaced.

Great product
Replacement Mokka handbrake button
Bought a replacement handbrake button for my mokka. I had already replaced it once with a plastic one from else where, which also broke. The metal one from X8R is a fantastic fix to such a silly little problem, that otherwise would cost me a fortune to replace the whole handbrake.
Delivery was also very quick, and the part was then easy to fit.
I'm so glad I discovered this part from this company!
