Support works pretty fast and give personal answers based on the questions. I tested the demo previous month and the connection was stable enough. Didn’t fund big yet, but support + demo experience was positive for me. This month started with a small amount.

With this company the average cost went down a bit compared to my another broker where I trade. It’s not magic, but when you do many trades, even small difference is noticeable... of course around big news spreads widen (like everywhere), so I try not to scalp news. for now that's my 2nd broker where I am trading

Spreads, execution and connection all much better here and i have not had to change up brokers like a i normally do for the longest. My only critique is they dont have bonuses or cashbacks.

When I started verification, my ID wouldn't upload correctly. Contacted support and they sorted it out within minutes. I reached out a few more times later and they always replied fast and was not waiting around.

I'm using USDT for withdrawals. Fees are small, a few $. Binance charges way more on the same network.

Scalping on demo was smooth, live had a couple hiccups as expected. Support said it's normal and went into the exdecution orderbook and latency added on live, which I thought was more professional response than usual. Will continue working with them.

I like thay xbtfx has many FX pairs plus crypto options. I trade FX most of the time but like having crypto avaliable without opening another account elsewhere.

I've tested plenty of brokers that claims to offer crypto on MT5, but most have unrealistic spreads.
Trading main crypto pairs like btc sol eth are all good here.

I thought I did not need a deposit to get the holiday bonus and got stopped when I traded with zero balance and bonus credit. Support explained that I needed a deposit and they gave me 20$ bonus, was impressed by this!

I prefer cTrader over MT platforms, so this broker suits me better. Deposits and withdrawals worked fine.

I've always liked C trader more than the usual MT platforms, so seeing XBTFX offer it made me stay. The layout is clean, news and charts are all in one place, and I don’t have to open multiple tabs while trading.
What I miss here is tradingview integration. Hope they will add it some day
