13,000 Lb Winch, slow Customer Service

13,000 Lb Winch, Standard Chinese, works but the wireless remote does not, I have tried for a week to get in contact with XBull but no one will answer the phone number. Sent numerous emails to sales with no response. Zero Customer Service.

I heard back from Customer Service, after one week,
they said they were on Holiday, they sent me a new wireless remote and receiver It works great.

A little slow on response but made good on the remote.
