I've been with xCloud since its early days, having previously used Cloudways. At first, I was a bit apprehensive about whether xCloud would offer all the advanced features I’d grown accustomed to.
Now, after more than a year, I can confidently say that xCloud has exceeded my expectations. Its feature set is not only sophisticated but also surpasses what I’ve experienced with other platforms like Cloudways and SiteGround. One standout for me is the flexibility to "Bring Your Own Server"—I chose Hetzner for mine, and the integration has been seamless.
The server dashboard is intuitive and provides comprehensive control and insights, making server management a breeze.
Best of all, the customer support has been outstanding. Every interaction has been prompt and helpful, giving me real peace of mind.

Update- I no longer get timely assistance. all I get is let me look into this and 24 hours later afters sites have been down for 24 hours do I get a response and it is up and running. The chat service is terrible all of a sudden. Old -I had an absolutely amazing experience with Florence from XCloud's live chat support. From the moment I reached out with questions about increasing the number of sites on their managed service, Florence was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful.
She not only clarified everything I needed to know, but also helped me troubleshoot an SSL issue with lightning speed. I was so impressed when she identified a DNS verification problem and fixed it right away—SSL was successfully applied in minutes.
Florence also took the time to explain backend server details in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated as someone new to managing WordPress and server environments. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise made my day.

Amazing fast WordPress focused webstack with both NGINX and OpenLiteSpeed support, fast and well documented control panel, and absolutely amazing live support to help you with any problem almost at all times of the week!
I can really highly recommend XCloud and it will become my goto for any bigger WordPress or WooCommerce websites that require scalability when the site grows larger than a regular reseller account can handle.
Certainly worth checking out and for me even completely migrating my whole hosting service to.

Setting up a new application to wordpress but prompt with error, chat with the support team Cassandra and send her the screenshot, upon checking for less than 10 minutes time, was told might be the JSON Basic Authentication plugin issue that block the New Application being added. Finally, solve the issue I have, great support and prompt reply from the xCloud Team.

I was skeptical at first, but I tried them out because the price seemed too good to be true. They are the real deal. I'm getting better servers and hardware for half the price that I was paying with another cloud host. Chat support is all I've ever needed (so I can't speak to other forms of support), but they have always responded in less than 10 minutes.

The best WordPress hosting and server system, hands down. The Xcloud server system simplifies server management, making it accessible to everyone. They continuously improve the system. If you are looking for a blazing-fast website hosting service, look no further.
Over-all a good experience. Support is friendly and helpful. They try their best to solve problems that the customer experiences. The hosting service is reliable and I experienced minimal downtime. Migration process of my WP sites was also easy with their xCloud plugin. xCloud is also more affordable than other similar services.
What can be improved though is the email sending service hosted by xCloud. It was sending emails due to an error of the system and I wasn't informed about it until I noticed my website emails weren't sending anymore. I also got charged for that even though I didn't get to use those emails for the 1 and half months that was happening. I don't know how many of those emails I actually used because the system error made it read the available emails were in the negative range.
Good thing though is xCloud has the ability to switch to third party SMTP providers in their dashboard.
There were also some issues with their backup service sometimes with false notifications saying that I don't have space in my drive even though I do have space in my drive so it skips a backup on that day but gets to backup the next day.
Would be great to have 24/7 customer service too if possible. There are some times in the day where there are no customer service reps available and you have to wait a few hours.
I ordered their service but after I released they were only serving WordPress. Their support team managed to handle all my questions on time including the refund of my order. Overall their support is excellent but I can't say anything about their hosting service.
I had very high expectations with XCloud and did more than I had to to try to make it work, however I soon realized that their support is short-staffed and they don't have any true WP experts working, only low level support agents that provide vague answers or no solutions at all via support ticket.
A simple migration request took them 1 week to try to figure out, and even after 2 sites were transferred, the speed was twice as slow as same sites on WPX. Although their UI/UX is superb to manage servers and sites, they seriously need to invest in hiring more WP/server experts to solve issues and provide faster responses instead of the 1 response per 24 hours experienced.
Ended up going back to WPX, very bad experience. Don't recommend their service at all unless they officially announce more experienced support being added in the future.
