Amazing customer support. After I broke my server's LiteSpeed configuration some time ago, my SSL auto-renewal stopped working. I had no clue about the root-cause. xCloud customer support resolved my issue in a matter of few minutes, my production websites depended on it, so I'm very thankful and will stay with xCloud for sure.

I’m incredibly pleased with the performance and simplicity of the xCloud Hosting Panel. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing servers and websites a smooth experience, even for advanced tasks. I've been using the panel for quite a few months and sharing my experience.

It has some minor flaws, which they are fixing very quickly. The support takes time, but when they help, it's magical.

I highly recommend xCloud for anyone looking for a powerful yet user-friendly hosting solution.

I just signed up for a lifetime deal with XCloud. My first experience with them involved raising a ticket about provisioning. and I got an incredibly fast and helpful response from them that resolved the problem straight away. So based on first experience, full marks!

Very nice support, practically always online or responses are within a very short time interval. Service is to the point, knowledge is great and this is all we need so we can rely on a professional service and doing our business relaxed.

I've been using xCloud for over a year now, and I continue to be highly satisfied with their platform and their service. I am testing xCloud intensively before I get any live site on it. Migrating clients and sites is a big amount of work and responsibility, so putting in some weeks into testing, checking out workflows, integrations, etc. is very important in my point of view.

When doing that, a lot of questions can come up, as I basically try to get the answers before that huge migration job.

The support I received so far was outstanding. I also like the options I have: chat, ticket/email, community support via FB group if I am interested in how others are setting up xCloud.

Thanks Kathryn and the rest of the team to put in so much effort. In my opinion with good support you not only keep customers, but also win customers.

So far I am pleased with xCloud. Live Chat is very responsive. Servers are nicely set and managed. Using it with a »custom server« and it works great.

Chat response is awesome. I am up to 5 servers, all are humming along and very performant. White label is almost great, hopefully they'll add the ability to be able to add some custom servers to the products.
All around I'm very happy!

Their UI is simple and provided technical tools are rightly arranged as well as easy to take care of. I was on hostinger earlier, it was nightmare to tweak/fix things, had to keep jumping from 1 tool to another took half my time.

Reduced server costs by 60% when I switched to xcloud from shared cpanel hosting. Had a few hiccups but nothing Xcloud's amazing support couldn't handle. Most importantly, they listen to user feedback and implement at lightning speed. The value for money you get when switching to Xcloud is unmatched!

If I could give them zero stars in a review I would. To start, their documentation is trash. It's old, not up to date with what is shown in their panels and not easy to follow. Instructions are generic, skip steps, and just not relevant.

Their white label option is trash. Hard to configure. Custom SMTP doesn't work - which means you can't send emails under your own domain. I confirmed my SMTP settings in testing environments and with telnet locally. Same settings on xcloud - it doesn't work. Their support team escalated it, confirmed it's an issue but can't solve it and can't give a timeline with which the issue will be solved.

Had client sign up for server, which is supposed to be a quick and clean process. But even after signing up AND paying, they still need to provision a server. They claim it's an easy setup but for uneducated clients it's confusing. The reason you get a managed server or work with a consultant like myself is so you dont have to create servers.

Their password reset options don't work.

In all, it took 3 days to create a server, set it up, and then - their support docs ruin the day. They say they have migration options but they don't. All they have is an option to upload a zip file from a backup. That's not a migration.

Xcloud is hot trash. Don't buy them. Don't setup white label services, don't use their servers.

They run on Vultr servers - you're better off going direct to vultr and getting proper support.

xCloud is simply awesome. I took a spin with
a demo install, and the performance was impressive. I have moved 2 WordPress sites now and the load times are in the milli seconds. Support is responsive and quick to help, although the documentation covers most everything.

so far i am happy with my choice of going with xCloud as i had a very frustrating experience with trying to sign up with cloudways. their support and experience was horrrible

i found an even better hosting plan at xCloud and the support team is great. this is the best choice i have made i am lucky to have found them

I have signed up xCloud on their launch campaign. Back then it has many issues but I believed in their potential. A year later, I see their system has been improved. And it still has some small issues here and there, BUT the quality of their customer service pays off the difference. They are excellent. I highly recommend to use their service for your Wordpress Hosting needs. Now they can host n8n!! That's a great addition to their serivce.

Support is very helpful, which is crucial. The platform is also very intuitive and constantly updated with new features. The company is doing great in my opinion. Thank you guys

I recently made the switch to xCloud. That's a big decision. All my business sites were managed via another provider. I'm SO HAPPY with the move! Support is very fast to respond to my questions as I become acquainted with the new interface. I have options here that I never had at the previous provider. So glad someone told me about xCloud.
