How do I get all the money I’ve spent back after hearing this????😤

Can’t talk highly enough about Will and the gang at XCLUSIVE comps.
Just taken delivery of an absolutely stunning M3 G80 after winning it on an instant win comp.
It’s taken a few weeks as there was an issue found with the wheels rubbing due to the upgraded springs , body kit and wheels during checks before they sent it out. They could’ve just sent it as it was like some other competition companies do but they told me straight away there would be a delay in delivery and told me why.
Anyway delighted with the car and brilliant service as they kept me updated all the way through and well worth the wait.

Always seemed a bit dodgy, now I’ve seen they’ve been caught and we can actually do chargebacks on our previous orders

It is utterly shameful that Trustpilot continues to display a glowing “Excellent” rating for a business that is actively under investigation by Action Fraud — the UK’s national fraud and cybercrime reporting centre. While victims come forward, and authorities begin their inquiries, Trustpilot offers this company a badge of credibility.

How is it acceptable that your platform props up the public image of a business under such serious allegations? Where is the accountability?

Trustpilot is not just passively hosting reviews — it’s actively misleading the public by showcasing a fraud target as “trusted.” Until you develop systems to flag or pause review scores for businesses under formal investigation, you are complicit.

This isn’t about reviews. It’s about enabling deception. Do better.

Fraudsters!!! start filing your chargebacks evidence is all over Facebook, this is the reason their payments down and website is frozen, cashflows have stopped them from being able to use their gateway as they've been found guilty of committing fraud

Absolute scam of a company you can block people off Facebook and you can stop all comments but you can't change the fact you withheld tickets and basically are doing/have done what jackson jackpot did.
Your payment gateway dropped you like a hot spud because of the scamming
You made money and had a successful business why would you risk all that ... GREED ..

Spent £££ trying to win cars etc but only won site credits

Total scammers, they withhold the large instant wins till a high percentage of tickets sold to guarantee they make money and customers have no chance of winning till the site allow it. Thier payment company knows what's going on and has pulled out and you currently can't buy tickets because of that yet they not mentioned it on tbier socials? Also they are currently in the process of starting a brand new site so they can wipe all data of the existing one so when they are investigated they think they will be fine. Just like jackson jackpot tried! Disgusting!

Had a few smaller wins/credit and they have been quick to respond and very helpful! Paid out quickly/same day. Can’t complain! 🤞 for a car win though!🚗💨

Soon as I see the list of jap cars up for grabs I had to enter , admitted I have a few already myself , I haven't won one but I did win an instant cash ! Totally recommend to anyone. Great odds great prizes! Play sensibly though!

Proven to be scamming - the evidence is overwhelming that they are holding instant win numbers back. So despite players paying £200 to enter a competition, they have zero chance at winning any of the top prizes (all the cars!) on offer.

Really don't know how they continue to get away with this.

For me this company is one of the best for cars and prices. None of this 9p a ticket crap with 9million entry's. Great prices great site would highly recommend

Won an Apple Watch a couple of years ago now and delivery of the Watch was done almost instantly with clear communication. Recently just won £50 site credit with 3x £1.95 tickets. Had plenty of tickets in different comps in the past and haven’t won - luck of the draw. No complaints from me 👍🏻

Better off using your money to wipe your ass.
Bought over 1000 tickets into a current competition. Most returned was a £50 site credit.
Better odds elsewhere

I recently spent £130 on the site where tickets were £2.95 each, believing I had a fair shot at winning one of the major prizes (which, by the way, were all still available). After all that, the only thing I won was £3 site credit—basically nothing.

It really makes me question the odds they’re offering. If so many big prizes are still up for grabs and I couldn’t even get close after spending that much, how realistic are the chances of actually winning? The experience left me feeling like I was just throwing money away. I get that it’s a competition, but this felt more like a cash grab than a fair shot at winning.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re happy to burn through cash for minimal returns. Definitely think twice before playing!
