Inventaron que mi estilo de trading no cumplía con sus reglas de gestión de riesgos.
En sus reglas y Términos y Condiciones, la única gestión de riesgos mencionada es no superar su pérdida máxima diaria y la pérdida total máxima. Algo con lo que nunca estuvo siquiera cerca.
Añadieron que estaba utilizando sistemas de trading automatizados, algo imposible y de lo que puedo mostrar evidencia de que en la plataforma todas las operaciones fueron registradas en las áreas de comentarios como órdenes colocadas manualmente.
Tengo todos los correos electrónicos intercambiados, operaciones grabadas y capturas de pantalla muy bien documentados.
Su plan es vender cuentas baratas y buscar cualquier excusa para cancelarlas; En cuanto cancelan, no puedes apelar porque no hay ningún lugar donde demostrarles que están equivocados, porque pierdes acceso a todo. Así que simplemente se quedarán con tu dinero y nunca te pagarán nada.

Ese grupo tiene otras páginas web donde usan el mismo esquema que: XCMMarket, EmirFunded, OrderFlowIA University y ProfitVault (ya desapareció).

I had 2 accounts and exchanged with support at least a dozen of questions regarding rules and T&C in order to comply. I followed their ridiculous rules and traded them for 30 days.
I even asked if there were any hidden rules that I should be aware, and they confirmed that there weren´t any hidden rules than the ones on their rules and T&C´s.
I was able to build up my accounts to 20K dls on my first and 32K dls on the second account. I requested payout for my first account (20K dls) and suddenly the following day my 2 accounts were cancelled.
They invented that my trading style did not comply to their risk management rules.
In their rules and T&C´s the only mentioned risk management are not to hit their maximum daily loss and maximum total loss. Something that I was never even close.
They added that I was using automated trading systems something that is impossible and that I am able to show evidence that on the platform all trades were logged in the comment areas as order placed manual.
I have all the exchanged emails, recorded trades, and screenshots very well documented.
Their scheme is to sell cheap accounts and look for any excuse to cancel them, as soon as they cancel you cannot repeal since there is no place you can show them their wrong since you lose access to everything. So, they will just keep your money and will never make a payout.
Be aware that XCMFunded is part of a group and a "trader guru" Cristian Fernandez.
That group has other websites where they are using the same scheme methodology as: XCMMarket, EmirFunded, OrderFlowIA University and ProfitVault (already disapeared).
