Finshed their painfull verification process, then after purchase crypto and they took my money unannounced emails started coming for taking pictures of my card and other sensitive information. I refused to do that asked for refund which was difficult, They intentionally do this.... Security matter that they claim is a story for little kids ... Will keep your money hostage and place these contingencies. Do not buy nothing, I'll repeat again Do not buy from this Fraudulent Platform... had to call my bank To file claim... All of this took 4 hours ruin my day. Again , for the third time , do not buy nothing from them.

Been a user of Xcoins for awhile. Had an issue with getting a refund in the beggining. They say 100 percent refund guaranteed. Never got the refund. Finally received the Bitcoin but it was too late I didn't need it by then. Decided to try again and made a purchase but had issue with the website automated verification messages but finally got my purchase. Tried again today same verification message and I refuse to go through their slow and shoddy verification repeatedly as I have done before and it's very expensive to buy crypto through Xcoins. I would never recommend this place and I'll never use them again. Nothing but a hassle, and money back guarantees are a lie.

Worse platform I have ever used. Not again.

I used to love exponents the simple pay for the product and they sent it out within 10 minutes or you even got like a discount but however nowadays they take your money then make you sign all these papers after they already have your money then they want to know all about you like where you get your money from how you inherited it what your W-4 form says your taxes blah blah blah blah blah and then when all your financial information which they are not entitled to have but do they say this before they've deducted your money from your debit card absolutely not period so right now they are holding hostage my money refused to refund me right away like they took the money out right away but they're not going to give it back right away that doesn't make any sense refuse to sell the coins that I purchased and they want to hold my money for 2 hours until their refund process is complete why don't they have a buying process first and then there wouldn't need to be a refund process because they just want your money and then they use it to Blackmail you for your information

Attempted identity theft and successful financial fraud. Placed an order for $446.38 worth of bitcoin. My debit card has been charged and then they call me asking me to send them a picture of the front and back of my debit card. Absolutely not happening. Xcoins support gave some BS response about having to wait 3-5 business days "once the refund button is available." Best part? When I tell them via their support chat that I was calling Wells Fargo's fraud team immediately if I didn't get a refund today or get my bitcoin, what do they do? They removed my user account access to Xcoins.com, thus preventing me from being able to initiate a refund if I have to wait for a "refund button" that doesn't exist. DO NOT USE XCOINS.COM! SCAM! SCAM! I have had to disable my debit card, have to wait for a new one to get mailed to me in probably a week and on top of that I have to wait upwards of 10 business days for the funds to be back in my account once Wells Fargo's team finishes the investigation on Xcoins. I used Xcoins a few times back in 2016/2017 time frame and never had this happen in the past. I hope these criminals have fun in prison....

Opened Account, got Verified, made small $51 purchase, got emails saying account verified.

30 mins later, account closed, transaction cancelled, no refund as of yet, but they say its coming.

When reaching out to find out why my account was closed.. I get this canned response.

"There were a lot of factors that went into our decision to close your account and cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks for your trust and understanding while we work to protect Xcoins and ensure it remains a secure platform to purchase digital currencies.

We can't provide other information"

my second order and i already love Xcoins. your customer support is the best i’ve ever experienced with any exchange and transactions are done relatively quickly. i also really appreciate you guys calling to verify im aware of where coins being sent / not being scammed, thank you for going the extra mile!

I'm updating my review. Had a horrible experience but it doesn't matter. Xcoins is a scam platform. All the websites that promote it and have good reviews are fakes. Look at the 5 star reviews on here. Do not use.

Xcoins I had very good success in the beginning but just 3eeeks ago they disabled my account request a letter from my bank stating account was good so I did this with a lot time an now they closed my account for no reason
Do not use this platform they lied to me.

Xcoins stole my $4800 then immediately closed my account. Now I'm fighting with my bank to get it back. How are these scammers allowed to continue to take people's money?

Possibly joined them a long time ago, because im an early btc user when btc was introduced. I got today to their chat to ask a few questions and they let me know i had an account with them ( wich i dont remember ) and i said ok what i have to do to recover my account and they said you as person are not allowed to join our site anymore bcs you tried to use someone else card MAHHH. Probably i got hacked wich again i dont rememeber SO THEY CALL ME CRIMINAL FOR BEING HACKED . STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

For some reasons which was not clear to me, after completing account upgrade and verifications.. Xcoin decided to close my account while I was trying to make a purchase of Bitcoin worth $1000. The funds was deducted from my account. I’m yet to receive my money back to my account. I think they are scammers! Fake people. Give me back my money!
