Awful experience


I was stealthily enrolled into their insurance cover when I booked a hotel, I didn't ask for it and didn't want it.
When I tried to complain and cancel the policy I was completely ignored.

Bought insurance to insure against not…

Bought insurance to insure against not being able to travel on a train journey. Very competitive pricing. Have not travelled at the time of writing and therefore do not have knowledge of how the company will handle the claim should there be a need to.
Will update if there is a need to claim and how this company handled my claim.
At this time feel re assured that should I make a claim it will be honoured. Ed.

RECENT COVER PURCHASE

I've only just taken out the cover a couple of days ago for a projector. Verifying my cover was very easy/simple. Obviously not had to use plan, but, if I do, I'll happily add a further review.
