103 days without resolution for an insured shipment claim
Very disappointing experience with XCover shipping insurance.
Claim Reference: 4DEPD-6WX4P-INS
The claim was submitted on January 29, 2026, with all requested documentation:
invoice
proof of purchase
photographic documentation of the package and damaged products
All documents were marked "Processed" by XCover the same day.
To date, after more than 103 days, the claim is still "under review," with no payment and no definitive resolution.
For a company that advertises rapid resolution of shipping insurance claims, this delay is extremely concerning and unacceptable for businesses that rely on insured shipments.
We hope XCover resolves this matter today.
