Took them nearly 2 and a half years to address an accounting issue I raised several times. Also told me how much my VAT bill was only a couple of days before it was due giving me hardly any time to pay. Seriously considering taking my custom elsewhere.
I would advise caution when dealing with this firm.
Round 23 of HMRC's Name and Shame list has just been released and while practicing under K Magill and Co Ltd, there were serious issues relating to unpaid wages which had to be escalated to HMRC. Situations like this raise important concerns about financial compliance and internal practices.
Given the nature of their business, I would expect a much higher standard of accountability and adherence to regulations.
I would recommend that anyone considering their services carries out careful due diligence before proceeding.

Stay clear. Abysmal customer service; seems to be a sinking ship. While they were still Woodwhite, their service was excellent - now I had a trainee doing the work without apparent senior oversight; experienced staff seems scarce and appears overstretched, work got done only in the very nick of time, with lots of follow up and chasing needed. In turn, obnoxiously, one of the partners then immediately and very persistently chased payment of the invoice.
They need to spend more time and attention on their customer service. After 17 years with them (Xeinadin took over 'Raffingers' who I was with, who took over 'NWNBlueSquared' who I was with) I finally left due to their unhelpfuness. I'd say they had become worse when they were taken over by Xeinadin.
Very poor indeed. Accountant says too busy to speak to me and slow communication.
