Pre sale service excellent. All questions honestly answered. Prompt delivery. Minor issue when installing the product with my equipment setup as the supplier had not established whether my inverter was of the latest generation as this required an additional connector. It was quickly resolved and the required connector was shipped by the supplier. Great support and the product so far is doing what has been claimed of it.

This was one of those rare occurrences were I am unable to say what part of this experience was the best. From my initial contact with the company to my latest enquire. It has just been a joy to work with them. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The speed at what thigs happen is astronomical. I ordered my sun shift device on 14 feb and figured since I live in a rural area delivery would take the normal 3 to 5 business days. What a surprise it was to find that the device was delivered the very next day. At around 16:50 a received a WhatsApp from Mathew enquiring if I did receive my device and if he can give any assistance to set it up or anything else. That is client service being proactive to solve problems. All the WhatsApp I have sent after that has been replied to in less than 2 hours.
I have being using the sun shift device now for 2 weeks and I am already seeing big savings. In fact the actual savings I am tracking is even bigger than the ones they are recording on the report they email me daily
They daily report that they send out is easy to read and shows some interesting insight into your systems efference

Technical: Don't know. It just works so there has been no interaction with them and that is how I as a client like it, no hassle, no problems, just results.

Excellent support and service from Matthew. During my setup I made a mistake. Matthew then – without prompting or a call – sent me a WhatsApp informing me of my mistake. He then helped me sort it out. Now the system is working flawlessly. The unit also arrived surprisingly fast!

The Sunshift is a must for anyone that have a solar system. It works from day one. It work as they Desighn and the real savings is there for everyone to see. Not one problem so far and the system even tell you if you need more batteries or solar panels. Very easy to setup ss well.

I acquired Xemote's SunShift device, along with a few other Xemote sensors, a few weeks ago to manage my Sunsynk inverter. From the moment I inquired about the SunShift device and the additional sensors (Temperature for the battery environment and Kinetic Control Device for the geyser), the Xemote team provided excellent service with technical advice and guidance.

Installation was straightforward, aligning perfectly with their company philosophy, "It Just Works!"

How well does it perform? Monitoring SunShift settings of my Sunsynk inverter using Home Assistant, it excels by considering solar forecasts, weather conditions, load shedding schedules, and utilising my historical load profiles. The machine learning load profile feature stands out as the crucial aspect of the solution. Even after several weeks, I notice it continually refining the solution, determining the State of Charge (SoC) needed to navigate peak demand periods—whether preparing for or recovering from load shedding or simply managing typical evening loads.

The Daily Report and Mobile App does provide useful additional information but importantly "It Just Works!"

Thus far, I've experienced outstanding service from Xemote, and I have every reason to believe that SunShift will indeed prove to be a worthwhile investment.

I recently bought a Sunshift unit to optimise my solar system. After installing they contacted me to inform that my previous battery settings were not correct. I can already see savings and are happy to know that the battery life of my batteries are protected

I ordered my SunShift device from Xemote and received it two days later via The Courier Guy. It was easy to remove my Deye inverter’s WiFi dongle and connect the SunShift cable. Adding my home setup to the Xemote app was easy with no glitches. Now, a week later and I can already see the app reporting my rand savings. I notice too that my batteries are no longer discharged below 50%. This is one of the main reasons I purchased SunShift to extend the lifetime of my batteries. I made a mistake with the type of batteries I have and their support staff contacted me the next day to verify this mismatch. This was quickly rectified. I am impressed by their service!

I have been struggling with my inverter settings since the day I installed solar in my home. Keeping up to date with the latest load shedding times and then having to go and change that system modes table myself everyday as a female that isn’t very tech savvy it became quite a shlep so much so that I had to ask my son to do it for me each day. I then came across Sunshift through a friend that had it installed. It’s the best investment I could have ever done this year and I can rest knowing that my batteries are being looked after and I have already saved 45% on my electricity bill so far.
