Great to find somewhere that had the obscure part we needed in a pinch.

I chose the product what I need. Payed with credit card. They shipped in the next working day. All time in the transit it was able to track where my package going. When it was arrived the package was carefully packed. Over all I am satisfied.

Before I bought the part I needed I rang Xentair to check. They sent me photographs to try to answer my questions. I made the purchase and the part arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was subtly different from the part I needed to replace. Xentair agreed to take it back and refund the cost. A free courier label was provided and the package collected as arranged. The refund was issued promptly. Very fair dealing.
